... if you are the kind of person that always has a ton of crap plus 2-3 monitors on his desk. How do I know this? Because this is actually replacing my previous, identical, until which I bought 14 years ago for almost the same cost. This new unit is identical to the old one except for the brand engraved on one side. It's already holding a 24L monitor, a printer, and a 26-year old young man in the autism spectrum that loves to bang on its surface whenever he is trying to make a point. The edges of one of previous units was ragged after these 14 years of abuse, but it was still structurally sound when I replaced it with this one. The second one, which I have been using to telecommute 10-12 hours a day for 14 years, was a little bowed in the center and the surface had more than a decade's worth of tiny scratches that make it a little bit harder to clean each time. Oh, and this one has spent its full work life holding three 24" monitors plus two fat telecommuting cats. I expect all of these problems with this table, which is fantastic and the price is within $10 or so away from the 2011 price adjusted for inflation. And they are great when you need to reorganize or give your office a deep cleaning, just empty it, fold the legs and put it away until you are ready to use it again (it's light enough that you won't need two people to carry it). The latches are very solid, there's zero worry that one will fail and have the table and its contents crash down. The color is some sort of off white that doesn't reflect light well, so it won't bounce your overhead lights back into your eyes. The texture is not glass smooth, but it actually provides a great surface for computer mice, you won't need a mousepad. Pro tip: get a couple long sturdy metal-cased power strips (I am using two of these: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08B3J6JM5 ) and lock strap them under the rear edge, then you can move the whole thing around only having to pay attention to the 1-2 cables that can unplug instead of a dozen or whatever. Then get a charging station (mine is an older version of this: https://www.amazon.com/Charger-Upgraded-Charging-Station-Compatible/dp/B0CQYJVJDR/ ) and double-side tape it to a spot where you can reserve a square foot or so of space to park your devices to recharge them, instead of recharging them on the power strips or even off your computer. Finally, stick a couple cable organizers to the edge so you can hang your cables whenever they aren't in use (I am using https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08BZJY7R6, they are dirt cheap and work great). One downside: the leg braces are not designed for somebody to use it as a desk, so if you area tall person you may want to wrap the diagonal braces that lock the legs with some kind of bubble wrap or foam so you can avoid banging your chins into it. I must have banged mine once a year but I don't ever recall my son complaining about his, and he is only an inch or so shorter. That's it, that's the only downside. I also screwed up, when I replaced the previous two I only bought one of these plus a regular desk. The desk is ok, butg I miss the big table. I am already looking forward to throwing this conventional desk away so I can grab another of these banquet tables. ... show more

The hubby mentioned having a table, or something of the like, by the washer and dryer so he could have a larger folding area. I didn't see the need for a large work bench type thing or the installation of a counter top of sorts so I figured this would do the trick. If it turns out to be too low, we could always lift it with furniture risers or blocks so I'm not worried about that potential issue. This is just a simple, less expensive solution to one set back. Check that off the list. ✅️ This table is very sturdy and solid. I really like how this particular table doesn't have the center gap in it for the ability to fold it for storage. The legs on this one do fold in underneath the table top so it does slim down for storage but you'll need a good size space to lay it or lean it. Its of decent size as well. This table is just the right size. Six feet is too long, and the 4' x 2' is too small. This one does not have a folding table top, so it is perfectly flat without an annoying lumpy gap in the middle when you set it up. It's well made and sturdy. I've been using this table for multiple farmers markets setups to sell upwards of 50 loaves (1 kilo each) of sourdough bread. The table is light, incredibly sturdy, and has held it's shape wonderfully through repeated uses.

    • Good, Solid, Folding Table — Delivery Issues
Got this as a workspace for my office, as my two current desks are Hon Gray. This table doesnt quite match, as it slightly darker but close enough most people wouldn’t notice (or care). It unfolds and locks solidly and the top seems well-made and should hold up fine for light office use. Now to the issues… First table had roughly a baseball-sized dent in the top, and matching hole in the box, so likely happened in transit. Ordered a second to replace it and it also had a a thin, one-inch crease/dent near one edge. I’d prefer it not be there, but done’t want to be in the continuous table-ordering business. With two out of two damaged tables, it might be worthwhile for the manufacturer to provide some sort of protection for the top in the delivery box. I’m assuming no issues with returning, but will update this review if there are. But, my guess is they’ve run the numbers and it would take up too much space and cost more to make this change than just replace the ones that get damaged and reported. The second one also had odd, evenly spaced, dime-sized “smooth marks” on about one fifth of the top on one end. These must have been during manufacturing but these were clearly not there on the first table. You can’t see them just walking by the table, but can if you look at the table from one end if the light is right. Sort of weird, but not a deal killer. So, well-made, not well protected in delivery — four stars. ... show more

This is a very sturdy one piece table. I love that it doesn't have a that dumb folding seam across the table top, that other types have. It's perfect for extra guests, game night, crafting, sewing, or puzzle making.

I love the size of this table. It gives me more room to do my crafts with and also paper work. It is stable and the perfect height. I use it more than smaller ones now. The surface is easily cleaned and hasn't stained. I would not go back to the tables with vinyl for a covering.
