The Rift CV1 (this model) is still really good to this day for people looking to get into vr on the "cheap". VR is still an expensive hobby with many games feeling like a tech demo but I promise that once you play something like half life or doom 3 in VR, you'll fall in love with it! Only issues that might arise is that the current meta link app on windows is kinda buggy with support for the rift since a few issues can arise but they are pretty easy fixes.
