    • Stay away if you own a GM vehicle with factory TPMS.
This was a nice head unit until I realized it was causing interference with my GM factory TPMS of my 2011 HHR. The audio quality was good, screen images were nice and clear, but if I restarted my car within just a few minutes of shutting it off, I always saw a "TW isn't responding" error message on an otherwise blank screen. I also noticed that after driving 20 minutes, my factory TPMS would act up, with an error message "SVC TIRE MONITOR" being displayed on my Drive Information Center. I installed a toggle switch on the ignition power wire so I could fully shut the head unit off. With the switch (and the head unit) off, I never saw the TPMS error message. When I turned the switch back on, sure enough, the TPMS error appeared again. Needless to say, this head unit was returned, and in it's place a EONON was installed (and NO TPMS issues!) This head unit also failed to properly run 2 apps I regularly use: TomTom GO and Rail Crossing Locator. Both would just crash on launch. As a side note, I sent the head unit back via UPS and it cost me $40.02. The joke of a seller only refunded me $20, even though they said they'd refund the full return shipping amount. They claim the maximum refund allowed for return shipping is $20; It would have been nice to be told that up front. Luckily Amazon stepped in and refunded the difference. ... show more

I am very impressed with this radio. It has all the features you could want. It does have wireless and wired for both Android Auto and Carplay. It is android 11 not 10 now. I highly recommend doing the online update. It really makes it work great. If I was to complain about anything the screen sensitivity is weak. I have to double press buttons sometimes, but it is minor. I was able to get the steering wheel controls working with no problem. I put a sim card in it and it works, but so far I am only getting 3G on AT&T. I am working on resolving that. As you can see in the pics it matches the style of my outlander exactly. pro: easy to install Con: doesn’t stay connected to WiFi once connected, also takes several tries before able to connect. Pro: two extra usb connections, gps Con: doesn’t stay connected to Bluetooth, you literally have to pair it every time you get back in the car and it’s takes several tries before it does connect which is very annoying, even though I set it up to auto connect. The fact that it's already failing ...just crap. No accompanying schematic or wiring instructions and the connections are poor and faulty. It's now under 3 months since install used or a hand full of times and the lower half of tge screen touch does nit respond.. inso doing it makes it not possible to tune in the sound the eq or the channel settings ... ... show more

So I am surprised of the quality of this product. Very sleek, well made, great technology. The reason I gave it 4 for install is because the wiring took a little time to figure out. After that all worked wonderfully! Fit perfectly in 2004 Acura RSX.

    • Dont waste your time and money!!!!!
The carplay wont work! Never worked with the cable! Worked for a bit by bluetooth then stopped! When on carplay and u listen to music it keeps breaking! The worst software! I connected them, got told some stupid answers about wiring. Wires not labeled to begin with! Then i was told to update the software, gave me links to download on laptop then transfer to usb then the unit then update…meanwhile i just bought and installed the unit, brand new!! This is a joke!!! Now i gotta take all the wires back out, take out the unit to return and put back my old unjt. Thank god i didnt throw away :) time money wasted and alot of stress dealing with this crap ... show more
