Visit the Store Visit the Store Visit the Store Visit the Store Visit the Store NOTE: NO HIN(Hull Identification Number) for this kayak 1. Always-Closed : valve spring is higher than valve. (Cannot be turned, and it's the right position before you inflate.) 2. Temporarily-Open : valve spring and valve at the same level. (Can be turned, and it's the right position while you’re inflating.) *Press the valve spring at always-closed position to switch into temporarily-open position. After you let go, the valve spring should automatically spring up and return to always-closed position. 3. Always-Open : valve spring and valve at the same level. (Cannot be turned, and it's the right position while you’re deflating.) *Press the valve spring at always-closed position, and twist a little degree to switch into always-open position. After you let go, the valve spring should not automatically spring up. 1. Always-Closed → Always-Open Keep the valve spring higher than the valve, which is at the always-closed position. Press the spring down and twist a little degree, till the spring will not spring up automatically, then you’ll get the always-open position. *This position helps you deflate the kayak easier. 2. Always-Closed → Temporarily-Open / Air Inflation Keep the valve spring higher than the valve, which is at the always-closed position, and press the tube of pump into the valve, twist a little degree to lock the tube, not the spring, so that you’ll come to the position for air inflation. The valve spring inside is at the same level with the valve, and cause you didn’t twist it to the always-open position, after you pull out the tube, it should spring up and return to always-closed position. And you finish inflating with the valve closed automatically. *At this position, you have finished inflating, and no air will leak. 3. Always-Open → Always-Closed When the valve spring and valve at the same level, and will not spring up, so you could twist it till the it spring up and cannot be turned anymore. This is the position at always-closed. *We suggest you switch the valve spring to this position after your deflation, which will be convenient for your next air inflation.

  • Who would've known... Who would've known...
an inflatable could be so easy to use? We have angler kayaks which require a trailer for transporting. Out of curiosity, we bought this inflatable tandem kayak with the hope of convenience and comfort. And this one is a winner! Easy to carry in the gigantic heavy-duty bag. Easy to inflate and deflate. Love the solid floor when inflated (not sure how that happens since you fold the kayak up when deflated). Easy tracking (fin below helps). Very stable. Everything about this kayak is great. My husband did a lot of research before buying this one. There weren't a lot of reviews so I was nervous. No worries. Had a few people ask us for the brand because they were also very impressed. Great deal. ... show more

  • High quality raft, extremely durable material.
First off, this is an amazing kayak! If you're on the fence about buying inflatable, don't be! These things have been our go to for multiple years. What i will say is, make sure the material it's made of is really heavy duty. You should be looking for one that's made with material similar to a paddle board. This is the second one I've owned, the first lasting around 5 years of consistent use. We primarily float the river in these so having a raft that can withstand low water scraping, bumping into rocks and capableof carrying two adults, that weigh 200+ lbs each. Also have room for a cooler, or whatever else we take with us. I had purchased a more expensive kayak, prior to buying this one and found the material and inflation valves to be of really poor quality, so immediately returned and bought this brand. I saved $150 and could tell immediately that this was by far a superior raft. All I can say if you've never owned one is, you're missing out! These things awesome! ... show more

  • Great for my daily river runs, solo or with another adult.
Taken on class III and IV rapids a few times, it was sturdy and easy to control, I weighed 250lbs and used it solo mostly and with another 200lb person without issue and pretty good leg room for people under 6ft. Pros: Easy to control. Good seats with a backrest. Durable so far, d-rings hold my 250lbs Inflation is easy, the included pump is a bit of a workout but a breeze if you purchase an electric pump. Packing away is easy, the carry bag is almost comically oversized, but I like the easy of throwing everything in it without struggle. Very easy for 2 people to carry when inflated, I can carry it solo okay too. Cons: It's slightly heavier and larger to transport than some other. The self-bailing is not as good as I hoped, when taking on a bunch of water I was sitting in some until I bail it out. Setting it up for only 1 seat places an uncomfortable ring right into legs. I wouldn't recommend anything above class IV rapids for this, mostly due to inadequate self-bailing, but durability wise this works perfect for a few river trips I take each year. ... show more

  • NO way to escape the vortex of Governmental Over-Regulation Requirements
This kayak was GREAT! Unfortunately, they are being sold in the United States without a Hull Identification Number (HIN) from the manufacturer which is against federal law. Be aware that some states (like Ohio) require them to be registered but will NOT do so without a proper HIN. The US Coast Guard has instructed the Ohio Department of Natural Resources Watercraft Office NOT to inspect them and NOT to provide state issued HINs, despite what the Ohio Revised Code and their own Code of Federal Regulations says. Oceanbroad customer service is also repeatedly unresponsive to chat and email requests for information and refuses to even provide a contact phone number. Very sad and disappointed that my only course of action was to return the kayak since there is no way to legally register and use it. ... show more

  • Durable and stable on the water
We love this kayak! Easy to transport and very stable on the water. The floor is very solid and lots of room for gear. I put some bungee nets on each end for securing our gear. Would highly recommend for the price.

  • Very good inflatable kayak with drop-stitch floor
Have had about 6 months of light to moderate use on still water Pros: Boston valves 3 air compartments Rigid, drop stitch floor -- can stand up in it Price was a fraction of comparable inflable kayaks Cons: Provided seats are not very good -- we bought better stadium seats that have more back support We also added four handles onto the bottom and ends of the storage bag for easier loading into car trunk. ... show more

  • Needs better seats 💺 Needs better seats 💺
I haven't used it yet but my opinion so far. I like the pump and connection to kayak. I think I will really like the kayak with the drop stitch bottom, ridged. The bad, the seats are terrible. They basically show you where to sit. No back support for my 63 year old back. Good news is the seats from my 12 year old kayak will work in their place. Pictures are my old seats (L) next to the new one (R). ... show more
