I love this kayak! My first one. Great storage, easy to store. Durable and stability is exactly as described. I feel safe and secure. Easy to maneuver. I am really happy I waited to purchase this at the right price during the Spring sale. I had to wait 3 months before I could use and I love it.

Absolutely fantastic kayak for the price. The quality and features are on par with most $1000+ kayaks. For the price this thing is an absolute steal. Very comfortable seat and the layout works well for fishing. The first time I took it out I caught a 30 inch gar and fought a couple massive tarpon in the Everglades. I paddled by several alligators longer than my kayak and felt safe and stable. I definitely trust this kayak although I wouldn’t try to stand in this one as it’s not quite wide enough to do that comfortably. Overall this Kayak is a fantastic value. If it can handle the Everglades then it can definitely handle anything the northern states can throw at it if you reside there. ... show more

Great first kayak purchase for me
Color: Forest Mist
I liked this kayak very much, and found it to be a good buy. I used it for 5 days, dragging it in and out of the water twice a day. I fished from it and found it stable. I tried to tip it, and was even flooded by a passing boat, and it still floated. I used my paddle and a paddle float to get back in... very easy to do with this kayak. It's lightweight, and I built a basic hoist to store it in my garage. The seat did get a little uncomfortable after about 7 miles of paddling. I felt overall it performed well. ... show more

Extremely happy with purchase. I have wanted a kayak for years but never bit the bullet. This pelican kayak is a good size for me. I am 5'7 and 150 lb. I'm not a big dude so this fits me just right. I got on the water immediately with it. It's pretty smooth. Definitely recommend. 😎😜👍🚣

Wobbly
Color: Fade Black Green
This is fine for a regular kayak and I haven't caught a fish in here just yet but it wobbles like crazy. Overall now a bad buy.

Excellent value.

Fastest delivery EVER! When ordered, I saw the delivery date was TWO days! The wife and I laughed and laughed. Two days later it was here! Arrived in excellent shape, Packing still intact. Kayak is as promised. Excellent condition, high quality. Kayak is all that comes. My introduction to a boat being "a hole in the water you pour money into". Had to order paddles, life vest, an inexpensive cart to haul it around and dry bags to keep stuff dry.. Only weighs 44 pounds but that can be a lot for some people. (like me, I'm old) Still need an anchor, ropes, and a whistle. ... show more
