There's not really much to say about this OCEANBROAD kayak cover other than it functions exactly as described. It was easy to fit onto both my 10ft kayaks and keeps (one of them) clean when it's not in use. The cover is durable and hasn't ripped during a month+ of use. Its fabric is waterproof and the only thing I didn't like was how wrinkly this fabric gets. This is a good value for those looking to keep a kayak covered and clean of critters or debris.

I picked this up for my daughter's Lifetime Yukon Angler 116 fishing kayak and it's a great fit. The kayak is 138" long and 32" Wide. It goes down the sides nicely. I can't see this working for a kayak much wider than 36"-38", but I haven't tried to know for sure. I almost always keep the kayaks in the garage, but occasionally on a trip, it will sit unused outside at night. The next morning, it's often covered with dew, dead bugs, leaves, pollen, etc.. Now that I have this cover, it keeps it clean and mostly dry. These covers are advertised as being water resistant. I haven't been able to test it in a heavy rainstorm yet. I'm guessing it will "Wet out" after a while as there's not much of a PU coating that I can tell. It's light weight and comes in a 11" x 14" cinch sack for storage. Installing it is fairly easy (I did it in the wind). I started from the pointy bow. The elastic bottom of the cover gripped under the bow as I worked the rest of the cover to the back of the Kayak. Just like putting on a fitted bed sheet. You then have to run the straps under the kayak if you want to buckle it down. That involves lifting it, passing the strap under, tilting it on its side, buckling it and then pulling the strap tight... adjusting it as needed. It's possible to fit a very low-profile fold down seat underneath, but if it's a high seat as found on a Hobie, Nu Canoe, Old Town, etc., the seats will have to be removed before placing the cover over it. I can only confirm it works with my kid's kayak with the seat on. I The photos show the better fit with the seat off. As far as UV protection goes, they claim it is made for that. If it's going to sit in direct sun light, just understand that it may not fit all the way down the sides of your kayak. So there will be exposed plastic. I treat my kayaks with 303 Marine and Recreation Aerospace Protectant spray to protect against UV. You may want to do the same. If it's going to sit in harsh sun a lot, consider looking to the lighter color gray cover as lighter colors reflect better. Durability seems to be decent. I expect that over time, it will degrade in the elements. Even top dollar big boat covers so that. It's priced low enough that you won't feel the pain when it's time to throw it away at the end of its useful life and replace it with a new one. The screen printed graphic stuck to itself and was coming off a little when I unpackaged it, so If you're one who wants perfection, I should mention that. For me, It doesn't bother me. Edit: After a rain storm, I looked under the cover, and it was wet under there. It's seemingly as water resistant as a wind breaker jacket. The fabric soaked through. Had to knock off a star for that. It did keep leaves, pollen, and dirt out though.

Fits my 10' Lifetime kayak perfectly! I store my kayaks on a rack outdoors, and hate having to clean all the pine needles and tree sap off every time I want to use them. This cover keeps all the rain and mess out of the kayak, and works exactly as I needed. The material seems very sturdy, and it was super simple to install. I really like the drawstring bungee that keeps it tight around the hull.

I just got a kayak, but I won't be able to use it for a while. My big issue with it sitting for a while is that I don't want a bunch of spiders to take up residence in it in my garage. I have a 10 foot Pelican and this cover fit over it perfectly. There's elastic on the top and straps that go under the kayak to keep it down snug. I was able to get the cover on by myself while 8 months pregnant, so it should be easy enough for most people.

This cover can be used for both kayaks and canoes. Due to that it has a draw string system at both ends. The straps are also long to be able to accommodate which ever. I do like that the strap has a slide buckle so once you tighten it down you can slide that buckle up to the slip to retain the accurate length needed when putting on and off. As well as keep the strap snug. I just took the extra length and tied it off in an easy to pull loop. Because of the drawstring it does fit more snuggly than others I've had that gape a bit at the ends. It also help to deter pooling of rain on the cover when it's tight. The material is a decent grade and seem it will hold up nicely for many years to come.

Pretty good kayak cover. I have a 10 foot kayak and this covered it ok. It is a bit long but I was able to make it work. The straps that come with it help a lot too. Very practical and it's snug on the sides.

This kayak cover fits my 9.5-foot kayak with plenty of room, making it easy to slide on and off without struggling. It seems effective at keeping out dust, dirt, and most critters, which is great for outdoor storage. That said, one of the straps broke on the first day, which raises concerns about long-term durability. It still works fine overall, but if you need something heavy-duty, this may not be the best option. If you’re looking for a basic cover with a good fit and reasonable protection, it does the job—just be mindful of the strap quality.
