Fits in ears perfectly. Comes with 3 sizes of bud attachments. Hook is flexible yet stays well in place. They are large. The battery capacity is high, so I'm guessing the earbud batteries must be on the large side. The case is large for the same reason. It has a high capacity battery, which is great. Earbuds can be charged several times on a a fully charged case. Earbuds last a long time -- for me, about 7 - 8 hours, depending on what I use them for. LED charge indicator on case is a great touch. They pair easily, fit in the case easily, and charge easily with no problems. Set up is a breeze. Sound is unexpectedly great, especially for the price. For me, the size of the case is not a con, but it might be for others bc it would be a bit bulky in your pocket. But imo, who cares when you're getting so much lasting power. The hinge on the case lid does feel a bit flimsy, so I'm careful how I open & close the lid & I'm careful not to drop it. But I'm always careful with my things, anyway. I've had them since the end of June & no problems...EXCEPT: Someone ripped me off on the subway! :( I got home from work & the zipper on the pouch of my backpack was open. Earbuds gone, along with a scientific calculator. I'm not used to riding the subway, and like an idiot I had my backpack on my back in a crowded train car. I should have had my backpack in my arms. Live and learn. I put in for a replacement because I understand that Occiam has loss warranty & may do a one time replacement, so let's see if they actually do it. Regardless, these are the best budget earbuds I've ever had, and I've had many, so they get a 4 star star rating from me only bc of the flimsy hinge, but if customer service comes through on a loss replacement, that would nullify the -1 and turn it into a 5 star rating, bc that would be only fair for what would be stellar customer service on top of good quality, compared to just one flaw. I will keep everyone posted about what happens with an update. EDIT: To avoid TLDR by adding more details, I'll just say that in addition to making a quality product at an affordable price, Occiam has excellent customer service. Best I've ever experienced.     • Good headphones, not great for phone calls.
I bought these earbuds because I was looking for a pair of wireless headphones that have a long battery life and a good sound quality for a reasonable price. I was impressed by the reviews of these earbuds, so I decided to give them a try. The earbuds come with a large charging case that has a LED display to show the battery level of both the case and the earbuds. The earbuds have an ergonomic design and fit comfortably in my ears. They also have ear hooks that keep them secure during movement. They are IPX7 waterproof, so I don’t have to worry about sweat or rain. The sound quality of these earbuds is good for the price. They have a balanced sound profile, with clear highs, mids, and lows. They also have a decent bass, which is not too overpowering or too weak. They are loud enough to block out most of the ambient noise. The earbuds support Bluetooth 5.0 and have a stable connection with my phone. They also have a low latency mode that reduces the delay when watching videos or playing games. The only downside of these earbuds in my opinion is the call quality. The earbuds have four microphones that are supposed to reduce the background noise and enhance the voice clarity, but they don’t work very well in practice. Sometimes the person on the other end can hear me clearly, but sometimes they can’t hear me at all or they hear a lot of static or distortion. The most often description is that it sounds like I'm in a fishbowl. The microphone also doesn’t record well when I use it for voice memos or video calls. I get a lot of complaints from my callers about the poor sound quality of my microphone. Overall, I think these earbuds are worth buying if you are looking for wireless headphones that have a long battery life and a good sound quality for a reasonable price. They are great for listening to music, watching videos, or playing games, but not so great for making phone calls or recording audio. I would give them 4 stars out of 5. ... show more

Sound is good, fit is comfortable and the rubber ear loops mean is not falling out. They charge fast in the case and the battery in the case is large. Also the USB out port allowing you to use that battery to charge something else like your phone is great. This feature should be on all ear bud cases. My only complaint is that the case cutout for the rubber ear loops is a little too snug and finicky. However you don't need to get those perfectly in the case to close it or get the ear bud to change so it's super minor gripe. ... show more

    • Flaky volume controls
I've only had these for a few days, but so far I am not happy with this product. I am using it with my desktop compute and the volume controls do not seem to work very well. Occasionally they do and I can see a little volume popup on the computer showing the volume being adjusted, but the majority of the time there is just no response to the buttons at all. Additionally one time I turned them on and there was no sound in the left earbud at all. I have put in a help request at occiam, so we'll see if they can resolve the problem, otherwise I will be returning them. ***UPDATE*** occiam was quick to respond to my email, suggested I try resetting the earbuds. That didn't help, but I did discover that it actually was not malfunctioning, the volume controls only work if there is music/audio actually playing at the time. Personally I'd prefer dedicated volume controls that work all the time, but I think I think I can get used to this. Boosting my rating from 1 star to 4 stars. ... show more
