    • Loose Dogs
A sturdy little bench and I’m quite happy with it. My real only gripe is that the dogs fit loose enough to cantor away from whatever you’re trying to work on. Probably like 5 or so degrees. If you’re trying to secure a piece between the vice dogs and table dogs they won’t grip square.

I began using this right out of the box. They include clamps to hold it down to your workbench. Bench dogs are first quality. The vise is smooth (not a quick release) and strong. This looks like it is made of beech. If not beech, it's a very similar wood; excellent for bench builds. Imagine setting this into your existing bench; it could be removable if you needed portability. My shipper included a hardwood bench stop in the package as well as the advertised stuff.
