Beautiful gold satin, well-made, which is a wider belt width (3 inch width) that is comfortable to wear and the end taper off elegantly. And it's long enough to double up and tie, with slack (which is important for a curvy woman!). I use it for my satin robe and it works wonderfully to accent the robe and stays tied! And despite tying it securely, the satin is very durable and doesn't wrinkle easily. The most wrinkled it's been is from being tightly packaged; but washing can fix that, and as needed, gentle ironing.
