    • This is perfect for the job
My mom had neck surgery. The first time the visiting nurse came, she suggested a type of grab rail system for the bed. The nurse showed us this system with straps and buckles that wrapped around the mattress. I found this device and ordered it. Delivery the next day. 15 minutes to assemble, and it works perfectly. Bought this for my dad after his hip replacement. He couldn’t use it with his adjustable bed. With the feet and head raising and lowering there wasn’t a flat enough space to secure the rail and be able to get out of the bed. It also became unsafe when the bed was adjusted since the legs of the rail would raise off the floor. Four stars because it would probably work great on a regular bed. ... show more

My wife fell out of our bed, She broke two ribs and got a concussion. I could not let this happen again. I installed this safety rail and it works great. It is very sturdy and my wife uses it to help get out of bed. She loves it. It can be adjusted to fit any bed.
