It works great for under a hard hat. Keeps my bald head warm. I don’t have any issues with it slipping off my head. And the quality has held up really well. I bought 2 and they haven’t torn or started to fray in anyway. And I use them almost daily (winter months). The issue I have it they don’t cover my whole ear. About half my ear is hanging out which results in my ear lobes getting cold. If I stretch it it doesn’t stay stretched over. Which isn’t necessarily a bad thing. It’s worth the price! I would buy again ... show more
