There are sunglasses and then there are Oakley sunglasses. These sunglasses scream quality. There's no cutting corners here and every aspect of the eyeglasses is top quality. Whether you're talking about the frame, arms, hinges, lenses or nose pieces, each part is finely crafted. All pieces fit tightly together and the material is smooth with no rough edges or blemishes. The arms have just the right amount of resistance and snap when opening and closing. Every detail from the logos, hinge screws, nose pieces, etc., is carefully planned and executed. In my case, these 52mm lenses fit my head perfectly. The frame is distinctive but not overly done. It's lightweight and the nose pieces are very comfortable. The lenses are non-polarized black. They're very good at blocking the sunlight but still provide a clear and vivid picture of your surroundings. Overall, a top of the line set of sunglasses that also comes with a nice glass cleaning kit and glass case holder. Highly recommended. My rating method: 1 star - terrible. I wouldn't consider buying it. 2 stars - marginal at best. Doesn't meet the minimum requirements or quality to be useful. Buy it at your own risk. 3 stars - average. Meets the quality and requirements for a product of this type but is nothing out of the ordinary. If the price is good, I'd probably buy it. 4 stars - better than average. Exceeds the typical quality of a product of this type and has a few extra features not usually found on other products of this type. I'd buy it. 5 stars - exceptional - far exceeds the quality of products of this type. Hard to beat the quality and features included. Best value for the money. I wouldn't hesitate to buy it.

Do I think these cost too much. I do. Is the packaging and glasses nice? YES! Everything is made of nice quality but I still think it can still be taken down a notch or so. They are a good design and durable, everything is nice, except that price.

I just got the OAKLEY HSTN OO9242 Sunglasses with the Matte Black Frame and Prizm Black Lens (52 Millimeters), and I'm really enjoying them. From a style perspective, these definitely hit the mark. The **Matte Black Frame** is sleek and modern, and the **circular lenses** give them a distinct, progressive look that stands out without being overly flashy. They feel lightweight on my face, which is a huge plus for all-day wear. The **modernized trigger stem** is a cool detail that nods to Oakley's heritage. But where these sunglasses truly shine is the lens technology. The **Prizm Black Lens** is fantastic. While it's non-polarized, the Prizm technology itself is designed to enhance color and contrast, which I preferred, as polarized lenses tend to be difficult looking at my phone or at infotainment screen in my car. I've found that it makes everything look incredibly vivid and vibrant, making details pop that I might not otherwise notice. We were so nervous about the style before getting them because it can be difficult to find a style that works without trying it on first. We were pleasantly surprised by how nice these glasses are. My husbands face leans more narrow, so the fact that these are not super wide and the lenses aren’t huge really works on his face shape well. The glasses come with a lens cleaning kit and a small storage bag. It would have been nice to receive a hard case, but that’s not a big deal. These are stylish, feel well made and came in great shape without scratches.
