This is a good suit for kids. I like the zippers on the ankles. Really helps with getting the wet wetsuit off. Only concern is that as a 3/2 millimeter suit, it seems a little thin. Might have spent the extra money and bought the Epic. Still kept it because it does work well for my 11 year old grandson. Surfed in 61 degree water over Thanksgiving and he stayed reasonably warm. I was dumb enough to try to put this on my son with zipper in front rather at the back so obviously it wasn’t fitting him the first time I tried it out. But then when done right, size 4 fit my almost 5 year (height 110 cm, weight 41lbs) perfectly, size chart is perfect.

Bought this as backup suit to his Vissla 3/2. The quality is very thin, but figured since it’s this later in the summer my son would be OK. He’s worn it 3x now and aside from the chafing on his neck (as noted in other reviews) he’s also had reaction to the neoprene. My son does not have this reaction in his Quicksilver or Vissla wetsuit or his O’Neill shorty spring suit. Still it’s much cheaper than the other suits so I’ll keep for a backup suit in a pinch. ... show more

I purchased for granddaughter so she could paddleboard with me. She is 4'10 and 21 years old and slightly larger in hips than "listed" size but the suit fit perfectly, kept her warm in 50 degree water and looked great.
