I ordered 2 different times and was told it was sent back because of damage. Wish I knew more or was better informed. Unfortunately won’t be trying a third time.

    • Runtime on med only about 15 minutes
I love the vac and it came with a battery and I bought a second one for back up. I use it mainly on very low carpet and some hard floors and the most I get is about 15 mins per battery. And it does take a few hours to fully charge. Not excited about the battery
