This vest looks and feels great. It's super lightweight and it buckles and adjusts perfectly. I've only used it once so far while river kayaking, and I didn't test it in the water, but I can't imagine it wouldn't get the job done if needed. I normally wear large or extra-large in tops, and I opted to go by previous reviews that it might run tight if I got the large. I don't know if that would have been the case if I got the large, but the extra-large is a little roomier than I would have liked for my fit. I would imagine it fits true to size. ... show more

As ski go it seems to be well made with good materials . I’m a fairly tall man and although it fits well around my body it fails in the length category . It would be better if it were a size XLT instead of XLS .
