We've used many other O'Keeffe's brand products and decided to try this foot cream. I was happily surprised that for such a reasonable price, it works great, absorbing quickly and smoothing dry, cracked skin & heels. My husband is a diabetic and has trouble keeping his feet moisturized and preventing his heels from cracking & peeling. This product has worked so well and the moisture is long lasting, for days. He doesn't have to apply it every day to keep his extremely dry skin & heels moisturized and when he does apply it, it doesn't feel greasy or oily. You can spend a lot of money on scented, brand name lotions and creams for your skin.. but for my money O'Keefe's is the only one I will ever buy again. In April 2019, I was in a car accident; after spending over 3 months in a cast from my foot to my knee ~ when the cast came off ~ my foot looked like something out of a horror movie. The dry, dead skin was so thick, so horrific, I could not even see my foot. I waded though foot cream listings on Amazon and decided to try O'Keefe's ~ mostly because I could get next day delivery and I was desperate. So, I purchased O'Keefe's Foot Cream and it was delivered the next day. With the 1st use, half the disgusting dead skin came off my foot. Then I had to find my vacuum because the floor was more disgusting than my foot. When I used the O'Keeffe's Foot Cream the second time ~ the next morning ~ it was a miracle and I was given some other person's foot. A normal, nice foot, with smooth, healthy skin. I have been using O'Keefe skin products ever since. I slather myself in O'Keefe's Foot cream, Hand Cream and Body lotion. If I live to be 100, my skin is going to look awesome. This lotion works ok. It’s not as thick or moisturizing as I had hoped and if you have really bad cracked skin this most definitely wouldn’t work for you. I gave it 3 stars because it has a decent texture, it doesn’t have an odor and it absorbs quickly.

bought this out of semi desperation to use on my feet, where the heels will start to crack and tear if not treated properly with a good lotion. I usually use Eucerin but thought id give this a go. What a feeling, it goes on so silky smooth, just a drop needed. Ive only used it a week but the splitting hasnt started if I had used a regular lotion. will update after a longer spell. I started to use it on my hands and cuticles as well. I even used it on my legs but thought Id better try out their regular lotion for that as it does contain various acids. My only concern is the aluminium in the contents which i try to avoid. ... show more
