First crème I can wear on the palms and not have that greasiness from ALL other hand cremes and lotions. Absolutely no greasiness and my palms sweat every time I use hand cremes nd lotions. Not a thick occlusal but it does cover the dry skin I can feel it. I put it on my nails and cuticles, rubbing it in as I massage them. This can be throughout the day since I’m always washing dishes and cleaning up after mom. Great value for this little tub. I like the grippy lid for my arthritic hands.
