As another reviewer noted, these aren't so much rose-gold colored but a dark copper color. No matter - they seem sturdy and articulate well - meaning that the tips come together accurately. For this length, I expected them to open a bit wider. For instance, they do not open wide enough to grab a Luxardo cocktail cherry. However, I use them more in the kitchen than I thought I would - removing bay leaves, turning small items in a skillet, garnishing, etc. Glad I bought them.

The colors looks even better in person. These are so functional for using in a professional kitchen environment. I work the pastry line sometimes and these are a life saver. They help pick up delicate flowers and pretty much handy for detailed work. My only suggestion is don’t forget them in your chef jacket and wash them. They will get destroyed

I love the straight tweezers (the only reason I purchased it). One solid piece with a nice soft grip. Tweezers are perfect for vegetables and herbs. The opening is narrow but perfect for my needs. In my opinion, these tweezers are very specific to certain types of dishes. I find them too narrow to use for meat dishes or dishes that are comprised with large items. Tweezers are perfect for small dishes such as tasting menus.
