The item was packaged well and came as described. Everything you'll need is in the box including the Intel to AMD converter brackets (special screws also included for each). The cooler was fairly simple to put together, but the instructions are not very detailed. Overall, it looks amazing and cools well. I would say it's worth the money. ... show more

although the lcd screen does use a USB port and the lights also use a speperate usb port so make sure you have enough USB ports on your motherboard other than that very solid product

    • Great product, unacceptable support
Pros - Device looks amazing - absolutely beautiful within a white case. - LOVE the screen that allows me to see CPU/GPU temperatures (it's customizable, but I just have temps being displayed). - Whisper quiet - 4090 GPU cooler is the only thing I hear from my computer, and when that's off I literally can't hear anything. Cons - The device I received had a defective RGB light in one of the fans. - The replacement process requires sending the defective unit first before receiving a replacement, causing potential downtime. - As a business user, operating without a CPU cooler is not feasible, making the return process unacceptable. Additional Comments - The representative I worked with, Mr. Juan Avalos, was courteous and helpful. - I believe he's limited by NZXT's replacement policy, which could use improvement for customers like me who rely heavily on their devices for critical tasks. Overall, the device is outstanding in terms of aesthetics and functionality, but the replacement process is unfathomably short-sided and needs to be updated to easily avoid my whole system being out of commission for a few days. ... show more
