Got this on sale for $37 and I use this for work, where we have our meetings in Microsoft Teams. So if you’re wondering as well, the mute button does not work in teams sadly. You can definitely hear and talk clearly but muting on the mic itself will not work. You can do this on the platform of whatever you’re using though, which for myself is not an issue. Otherwise so far it’s not bad. It’s very lightweight and adjustable for my ear, it is weird at first to put it on but once you find what’s comfortable for you it’s almost like it’s not there. The battery life is not bad but it isn’t amazing either. I started using it at 12pm, charged for 20 mins on my lunch, then used it again up to 7pm. Turned it back on at 9pm, and used it until it died at 10pm. About 8-8 1/2 hours maybe more if it was fully charged possibly. But the battery always says it’s 100% on my computer and that never changed from when I started it to its near end of battery life. Again, it’s okay for the price of $37 I feel. But I don’t know if I’d pay more for this. UPDATED REVIEW Referring to my original review this did not show the proper battery percentage, and I noticed after leaving this charging overnight once; it would not turn blue anymore and it would stay lit as red, as if it was dying or low on battery all of the time. I ordered a replacement, and it works!!! I can see the battery percentage now (image attached) and it charges great. I would only say to not over charge the battery, charge for 10-30 mins a day. Not overnight. It’s very fast charging and lasts long enough for 9-10 hours.

I love this ear piece it is easy to connect with your car and phone. Sound is crisp and clear. I have a problem with the ones that just hang in your ear they fall out at the most inconvenient times. The battery life is great I’m amazed at how long it lasts. The last one I bought lasted probably 3 years that’s not bad for what it cost me. The only reason it broke I took it off my ear and set it on the end table. My cat knocked it down I forgot all about it my so brought me a drink and stepped on it opps!! It’s made well so it holds up. Under normal conditions…The buttons are easy to use.

By far the best sounding Bluetooth earpiece ever! I’ve had a very hard time finding one that doesn’t sound like crap to people on the other end of the phone call. I’ve tried expensive, high-end earpieces in the past and people always say the sound is muffled. These are not muffled and are extremely clear on both ends. No weird noise-canceling crap…they’re just clear. They do NOT, however, fit my ear very well. Maybe I have funky ears or something but I still give it 5 stars because I can still hear clearly without a perfect fit. Love this earpiece.

The headset came with a storage case and earbud tips. There is no place inside the case to store the tips. I have a problem keeping the headset in my ear (i have tried the different tip sizes). The bluetooth headset connects quickly to the phones i have. The range is good. At distance it could be more reliable (compared to other bluetooth headsets & earbuds that i have and use). Occasionally the bluetooth will drop connection as i move through my house (phone is in my pocket and within 3 feet of headset). Headset recharges quickly. Charge and use time are good 6-8 hours (continuous use). Occasionally i will get the messages “power off” followed by “disconnected”. I wonder how the headset can be “powered off” and still work to tell me “disconnected”. This is a good everyday headset. I do not regret the purchase.

The product fits perfectly in my ear. It is light and the controls are right where you need them. My current earbuds make it difficult to bring another person into the conversation but just touching the earpiece the customer is there. I have gone through a couple of hundred earpieces over the last 20 years and this works. Easy to use. I spend 18 hours a day outside and inside with communicating with something in my ear and the iCOMTOFIT works.

Bought this for my parents and was easy to pair with their iPhone as well as intuitive enough design for a quick lesson on operations. Great item for the price. Only thing I would recommend for the company to improve upon is to add a charging case for the head set.
