Running cinebench r23 with this cooler kept my 13700k at a cool 87°c under full load. Take into consideration the ambient room temperature (78°f), I would consider the cooler more than capable for a power hungry cpu like mine. My cpu also idles at around 30°c for hours on end. Item received was defective. Only wiring working on the harness for my product was the direct connect to SATA and running the pump. RGB Controller was dead, I cross tested with my other controller and both fans and RGB lighting work on it. LCD screen was also dead. I had to link the connectors directly to the motherboard to keep my PC alive until I could get a replacement buying directly from NZXT. Went through NZXT Support and they confirmed it was a defective product, but could do NOTHING warranty wise because I didn't buy directly through them. If you expect to get a warranty for this item, buy directly from NZXT and spend the extra $30, it will save your time and efforts. ... show more
