when fenty beauty launched, i religiously only wore their concealer and foundation bc i love the shade matches and formula so much. but one time i ran out of concealer so i picked up NYX at the store and i have been using it as my go-to since! obviously it can’t be compared to an actual luxury brand of makeup, but the formula is pretty high coverage but also easily blendable all while being lightweight. i blend it in with a wet beauty sponge and the stickiness goes away after that, but i also like to set it in with powder which is takes well and becomes matte after. i’ve ordered it from amazon and few times and every time i do, it is sealed and arrives intact. ... show more

This is a really good concealer when you are looking for a full coverage option, that will look great and stay put all day, without breaking the bank. I wouldn't say that its high enough quality to compete with the heavy hitters like Shape Tape, Milk, or Bo-ingg, but among drugstore brands, this concealer is definitely at least in the top tier. They offer a pretty decent range of shades to help you match with your skin tone, in cooperation with theor coordinating foundation shades. It applies really easily and blends like a dream, especially using a damp beauty blender. I will say it is a pretty small little vial, and the applicator takes up a decent portion of the tube I'm sure, so you aren't getting very much product, but the price is fairly reasonable so I guess that's sort of the give and take. I usually bake it in with setting powder and I find that the coverage is pretty full without looking cakey, plus it lasts through a long shift or all day outing. I like it and think it's definitely worth a try if you want a very inexpensive but full coverage and easy to work with concealer. I have tried/used brands from the very high price point to this product which is probably the lowest price I have ever paid for a concealer. I will admit I like to use only EWG best rated products but for this one I’m not even checking. You use a dab - and I mean a dot - for under the eye area. I have normal to semi dry, over 45 year old skin and the texture is creamy but not shiny, the appearance is natural but not dry, and it stays put but not caked on.
