This product works really well to lock makeup in place and significantly extend makeup wear. I personally find it to be completely comprable to UD allnighter, which had long been my favorite. Some say that the mister of the UD is better, but when I spray both bottles they seem exactly the same to me. People have also said that the infallible has a more chemical smell than UD. The sprays do smell slightly different, but pretty similar and alcohol-like. My guess is that the only difference is UD has added some fragrance. I'm very happy to have found the perfect dupe for less than 1/2 the price! I will also mentioned that I have tried a few other drugstore setting sprays that I don't think are at all comprable: 1.) Both Nxy matte and Dewy- they both seemed like exactly the same formula. The spray is much stronger. The formulas felt really dry and sticky on my face like hairspray and made me want to wash my face. I personally hated them both. 2.) Milani make it last- smells and feels nice. Had a fine mister. Gives skin a nice finish, but did nothing to lock in makeup and extend wear. 3.) Wet and wild photo focus- feels comfortable but did not significantly extend wear time . ... show more

Works better than most other setting sprays I’ve tried, and the price is hard to beat. I’ll definitely keep repurchasing this one.

    • Pretty great!
I've seen quite a few reviews for this product on youtube, and after hearing that it's an affordable, drugstore version of Urban Decay's setting spray, I decided to try it out. I've had sample sprays of Urban Decay's setting spray and I do think they're pretty comparable. (Also, L'Oréal owns Urban Decay, so it's possible that the products may have a similar formulation.) I feel like the spray really pulls my foundation together. Like it sort of melds all the makeup so the finish is really nice. I've gone days of wearing foundation without the spray and I feel like it just isn't as nice a finish. I'm oily-combination and with my degree of oiliness, I always end up blotting and repowdering. This doesn't change even with this spray, though it does prolong the time between initial application and blotting/powdering. Many of my days are 8+ hours, and this spray does make a difference. It is also pretty much scentless which is great. You get a good amount of product for the price. My only qualm about this product is that I don't really like the nozzle. The way that the product sprays is really... weird? I don't feel like the mist is very fine, and it kinda gets all over (which I guess isn't a big deal since it's pretty much odorless and also colorless). Like there are bigger drops of liquid interspersed with the actual mist is what I'm trying to say. Haha. But for the price, it honestly isn't a dealbreaker. You can put up with it. All in all, I'd say definitely go for this product. It's a great deal listed on Amazon (at my local Target it retails at ~$12 and at Walgreens and such I've seen the price go all the way up to $15). ... show more

This is the BEST setting spray in the world. I’ve used it for almost a decade, & I’ve gotten so many compliments on how nice it makes my skin look. It gives a shiny look, so you need a finishing powder afterwards, other than that you’re good. It lasts all day & night too! It takes a little bit to dry naturally, so I just use my hair dryer on low or something to air my face & then it will dry super fast.     • The BEST setting spray!
I have tried so many different types of setting sprays and this is the best by a long shot. After 12 hours of wearing it, through work and my daily commute on the bus and train, my makeup still looks good. It doesn't ever look greasy either. I have never had to reapply! And it doesn't make my skin feel dirty. I will never try another setting spray again; I'm sold. Definitely recommend if you've been told you need a matte or anything like that because I've tried them all and nothing works like this. Makeup stays put all day, but is still easy to take off. Word of mouth is always the best and a lady at my phone carrier proved this! I asked how she kept her make up intact on long ten hour days and she told me of this amazing spray by L’Oréal. Now I’m a L’Oréal gal did you know that Lancolm and L’Oréal are one and the same company? Yep! All the more to have confidence in this product. My favorite Make up is from Lancôme’s I was heaetbroken when they kept Miracle when Miracle Forever was such a better Purfume! I now buy on eBay I will freak when it runs out. Anyway I am a Landcomn girl so when Loteal came out with this I was all in. It did not disappoint. It’s my second bottle it lasts a long time, does not make your newly made up face any less amazing and your brows, eyeliner, everything stays right where it is all the day through. Have a bottle in your purse on hot days you might have at the beach or just a humid day where ever you live. I live in Oregon I do not have to deal with this but I have lived in So Cal, Nashville and Wisconsin I n ow about harsh weather. This product is a must how I wish it had come out when I was younger but I have a daughter and have spread the news. Make up is better than ever but know L’Oréal will always be the best brand in a quick dash into a little Rite Aid or Wallgreens. How lucky are we to get a 5 Star make up counter disguised as Dome store make up. L’Oréal is anything but. I use it on my hair as well any of their products are great but try this Spray ladies!
