Did I ever screw up. My wife was there when I first opened the box, in the garage (for a early preview before bringing it in the house. I started removing the 4 sections of the tree, with her looking on. Big mistake. The sections looked HORRIBLE. And very sparce. She immediately wanted to return it. But then we started to fluff the branches out. They were all scrunched together, so to fit it in its box. Took a couple hours to get it all fluffed out. And the ugly duckling turned out to be a beautiful swan. And she couldn’t believe how amazingly beautiful it came out. Tree is quite full and wonderfully shaped. Came with white lights. Although when ordered the site said a choice of white or colored was an option. I never saw the option to choose one or the other. But our choice would have been white anyway. So we are happy with the white lights. One thing I think was a bit mis-represented is the width dimension at the base branches. It is not 72” diameter as advertised. But actually measures out to be 64 inches in diameter. But the shape of this tree is pretty darned perfect. As you can see in the photos. The height is exactly 9 feet. Finally, this thing weighs a ton. So I am NOT planning to store it in its box. Instead will use 4 very large heavy duty plastic tubs. So we are very pleased with our Chinese Christmas tree. For the money, I really should give it 5 stars. I ordered a 9.5 and I would say its a 10 foot tree. Its just thin. I spent a long time adjusting branches and I can see thru it everywhere. It will probably become my porch tree next year. Shape and height are nice.

Disappointed! Poorly made! Description not accurate! One of the most important things to me was the width of the tree. I asked two different ways, in 2 separate questions, if the tree was, (as one of the reviewers had stated) 64 inches wide or as per manufacturer 72 inches wide. I got a response from the manufacturer stating that it is 72 inches wide. The tree is closer to what the reviewer said not the manufacturer. I could have bought two other trees that were 65 inches wide and paid a lot less. One of the branches was broken off in the bottom of the box. Also, some of the brown paper was unraveling from inside of some of the branches. Another issue was there was a lot of white string hanging down from the branches where it should have been wrapped around and glued. I think that with these issues the tree will not last past one more season. I would like to hear from the manufacturer about how we can rectify this. I’m going to speak with Amazon as well. I wanted a full, lush, natural looking green, artificial tree and I was not disappointed. It is full and lush. This is my first time ordering a tree online so I researched till I found the type of tree I wanted. Then looked at the history of the several companies and read the reviews of different trees they sold. After a couple days of searching I ordered the 9 ft Norway Spruce. It’s a beauty. Construction is good, with a solid, study trunk. I really the way the branches just fell open without having to be pulled down or out. After years of real trees that were 9+ feet we decided to try this tree. It's shape is nice and fits perfectly in our large living room. The initial opening of the branches takes a while but certainly no longer than trying to set a real tree in the stand and getting it straight and just right. This tree is the most beautifulest tree I've ever had completely 9 foot tall I can't remember the measurements for sure but it's huge. when it comes out of the box it looks very scary, you have to spend time with each branch and fluff it out and this is the results from doing that. This tree is huge and is very full. We have not completely set it up-- we just put a few pieces together out of the box but it's beautiful. We received it in August so I can't give you a full review but so far so good! I think it will be perfect.
