I don't want to do any gaming, I wanted a cheap card that could drive a drive one VGA monitor with 1920x1200 and one HDMI monitor with 1440x2560. There were no directions in the box, and almost nothing written on the box. The Amazon website had a lot more information than the box. The Amazon website says that KAER offers 24-hour technical support, but doesn't say what the URL for that is and neither does the box. www.kaer.com is an air-conditioning company, and Google just turns up a ton of false hits. When I installed the card and turned the CPU on, it only detected one monitor and was confused about it. Windows -> System -> Display says it was 1024x769 with no other options, but stuff that was supposed to be in the center of the screen was at the edge of the screen. Websites kept coming up where the buttons were off the bottom of the screen when the top of the window was at the top of the screen. The colors were all wrong, too. I figured it was a driver problem, so with great difficulty I went to the NVIDEA website and downloaded the driver for the NVIDEA Geforce GT 730 (the box says nothing about NVIDEA and there are no directions, I was just going by what the Amazon website said). Installing the driver made no difference. I did it twice. I give up. I'm sending this back to Amazon, never buying anything from KAER again. ... show more
