I've purposely waited two weeks to leave this review to allow for a sincere honest opinion. I followed unpacking instructions (I chose punching the pillows over drying them to get them to fluff up from packing; it was great as by punching I was able to let go of some pent up stress, lol). The 1st week, we slept with them as they came with both inner layers. The second week, we chose to remove the thinest inner layer, as they were still too tall, as in fluffiness, "cricking" our necks. I must say, since adjusting the height of the pillows by removing the thinnest inner layer, my husband and I have slept better than we have in 40 years! No shoulder pain, no neck pain, and my husband no longer snores! We now sleep 7 to 8 straight hours and feel totally rested upon awakening. We are both side sleepers, however, both of us always start out on our backs, then end up side sleeping. I was extremley hesitant to purchase these pricey pillows as we have tried so many before, ending up wasting our hard earned money, but these Nuzzle pillows are worth every penny. There is no smell, they're not hot to sleep on, and the quality is amazing! I'm going to order another set to store for future use just in case, like every great find, they become obsolete.

These pillows are thick and feel very solid compared to many others I’ve tried. They provide excellent support while still being soft enough to sleep comfortably. The adjustable filling is a great feature because it lets you customize the height to your liking. The cooling cover also feels nice and breathable. Overall, they feel durable and high quality, almost like hotel pillows. Very satisfied with this purchase.

The pillow came in the mail fast. Seems like only a couple of days and we don't have Prime. It was packaged well and once the plastic was off it instantly started to grow. There was no smell. The pillow looks very well made and has a nice washable zippered cover. There are 2 pillows inside the zippered cover. One is thicker than the other. It's nice to be able to adjust the thickness of the pillow by removing one. The filling seems firm but not hard. It specifically stated it was good for side sleepers which I am. I'm still not sure it's the right pillow for me. Sometimes I feel like my head sinks down and the pillow is in my face. I can readjust easily and it's comfortable again but I do it a few times a night. I also sometimes seem to slide down during the night and my head is at the vey bottom of the pillow. I haven't woke up from being hot so I like that about this pillow. I've been using it for only a couple of weeks and I know there's a break in period so I'm hoping it will work because I just can't seem to find the right pillow. I haven't tried it with only one pillow yet. Maybe that will work better.
