Awesome. Amazing. The taste is a little off at first, but I'm used to it now. I use them in my water bottle every time I go out for a walk or a run.

    • Beat the heat
As a professional athlete who sweats a lot these things have been a game changer. They taste good enough, I love the Tropical flavor but I’ve tried a bunch and haven’t found one I didn’t like. The tabs split in half easily so you can pop them in to any water bottle, I sometimes add them to a cold seltzer. On a normal hot day I take 2 on a really hot day I take 3. Googling says take no more than 6 but I wouldn’t take that unless I was running a freaking marathon. When I don’t take them, I wake up feeling nauseous at night and the next day feel drained and bleh. Now I take them pretty religiously and have felt healthy and functional. ... show more

    • Too much sugar?
Wish they used stevia or similar to sweeten, since these are more salty tasting than sweet anyway, but the sugar in them still gives me baby juice breath and hurts my teeth. The tablets are easy to use and don’t require stirring or shaking, but aren’t easy to break apart for smaller bottle openings, so smaller or scored tablets would be welcome.     • Excellent for Cycling
I use these for road cycling. The tropical is by far my favorite flavor. I took these on an 86-mile race that took me up four peaks and, thanks to these, I didn’t cramp once. The small packaging allowed me to take a canister with me in the back pocket of my cycling jersey. I also like that they don’t give me the caffeine jitters like so many other electrolyte packages. The only problem I’ve ever had with these is if they get left in a hot car (120+ degrees F), the tablets have fused together. ... show more

    • New formula for the Tropical flavor is AWFUL
The formula changed for the Tropical flavor and it now tastes chalky and strong. It used to taste light and refreshing. It now tastes like all their other chalky flavors. Undrinkable! I won’t be repurchasing.
