Solid pump and endurance boost. Mixes pretty well and has no weird aftertaste. I’ve been using it before jump rope, ring work, and basketball and definitely notice better blood flow and less fatigue during longer sessions. Good value for the amount you get.

This is the stuff that works. If you do the research on citrulline, arginine, or citrulline maleate, it is citrulline that has all the clinical results. The taste is not that noticeable if any, but there is a slight smell. Scoop is perfect size for even narrow bottles. Can is far easier than a back for convenience. This nutricost product allows you to dose clinically to achieve the desired affects without loading up on sucralose or garbage like beta-alanine or glycerol.
