    • Helped lower bp by 10 points!
I started with 6g (2 servings) mixed into a 32oz drink once a day. It worked well with an LC IF program and my stomach was able to tolerate the 6g. It may be anecdotal but I continued like this for a couple of months and found my (dia.) blood pressure has dropped by 10 points! I am now using 3mg/day. I found it easier to drink if I mixed it into water and then add a couple of drops of water enhancer. I will occasionally mix it into morning coffee as they told me it will not start breaking down unless it is put into boiling water. ... show more

Using this as part of a homemade pre workout Mix it with a BCAA + energy supplement. That way I can control how much caffeine I get depending on what I need.

    • You have to get use to the taste...
but after that, this stuff works great. I take it every morning about 30 minutes before I workout. I only use 1 gram (a 1/3 of a scoop) and it's plenty for me. I sometimes take another gram in the afternoon for a pick me up. I started with the capsules but this is a much better value and the capsules were big and hard to swallow. I found myself opening them in my mouth and throw the capsules away anyway. Would recommend. ... show more

As with all supplements, it is difficult to speak to its efficacy. However this product seems to be of good quality. Packaged well and from a reliable brand.
