I really enjoy these vitamins. They’re a great deal all things considered. I’m grateful the vitamin A is not beta carotene but instead is vitamin A acetate. The vitamin D content is 3000iu which is a perfect dose for me. Vitamin k1 is a nice touch and one I appreciate. All around this is an excellent vitamin supplement. I will continue to use it as long as they keep the formula right and the quality the same.

Great multivitamin for a great price. Absolute improvements in my health up and down there. This packs a punch it kicks in like turbo and let's you know when to rest. It puts your body into restoration mode first then kill drive. My experience of using one a day is enough for you.

I usually get the NOW brand "Adam" multi-v but I was tempted to buy this one for the lower cost. I was hoping it would replace the NOW brand but I can't say that I will re-order because this multi-v has too much of something that, in combination with other supplements that I take, it gives me a bad headache. It's fine if this is the only thing that I take. I don't know which one of my other supplements doesn't play well with this multi-v, but considering I never had any issues with the NOW multi-v, I'm just going to go back to it. It would have been a 5-star rating otherwise.

Meh. Not my favorite multivitamin. Others make my pee bright yellow, these did not. On one side bright pee is peeing our excess vitamins & minerals, but it is a good indicator that multivitamins actually have some good stuff inside them. These didn’t have that. These are in capsules instead of solid pills like most. Just a personal preference, but I prefer pill to capsules. I frequently buy Nutricost items, but this is not the multivitamin for me

This I a a great multi vitamin. Has niacin, so best to split up the pills and not take both at once. If you get a red rashly, itchy feeling, it’s the Niacin and you will be ok. It goes away in 20 minutes. Take one at a time in the AM and then mid day or before your workout. This will also make your urine yellow.. not a big deal, it’s doing its job. This isn’t magic, it’s a multi vitamin, one piece of the puzzle. Eat right, excercise and be healthy
