This personal blender is amazing! The power and features are the best out there. I had purchased another one and was very unhappy that it had to be held down manually to function. I like how this not only locks when secured but has an automatic function that stops when all has been liquified. This Nutribullet has been a game changer in my health as now I am encouraged to make smoothies with the ease of using it. It crushes ice easily and ingredients such as ginger are well blended in. The noise level is low and nowhere near as loud as the past blenders I have used. Definitely earns a 5 star review!

I’ve used several versions of the NutriBullet personal blender over the years, and this latest version feels like they really thought through the little issues that could come up with previous designs. I’ve never had problems with the older ones, even with frequent use, but somehow each one eventually leaves our home with a family member heading off to the dorms or moving out! I’m really impressed with this new version. The unit feels much sturdier and more stable, especially with the suction cups on the bottom. I also really like the press-down-and-lock design before blending. It feels more secure and eliminates the need to constantly press down with your hands while blending. The sleek light-up button that activates once the top is locked in is a great touch, too. It also seems noticeably quieter than the previous versions. Overall, it feels more solid, safer, and better designed. Now I just have to guard this one so it doesn’t disappear with the next family member leaving home! 😄

BLUF: Avoid this product. It lasted only two months before it died. Unfortunately, I have had no luck with customer support, so I have been unable to determine whether I received a defective unit or if this is simply a poor-quality product. READ ON IF YOU LIKE. I owned the original NutriBullet for nearly 10 years. When it began experiencing major issues, I decided it was time to purchase a replacement blender. Since I had such a positive experience with my first NutriBullet, I chose to stay with the brand. After doing some research, I decided to upgrade and settled on the Ultra Personal model because of its pulse feature. The unit performed as expected for about six weeks before it began sounding noticeably louder. A few days ago, it also started shaking violently while operating. I then noticed black debris on the countertop behind the unit. I unplugged the blender and began the frustrating process of contacting customer support. After multiple attempts through both their phone line and web portal, I have been unable to reach anyone. When calling the support number, I am prompted to select a language, but the call disconnects immediately afterward. I also attempted to register the product and submit a warranty claim through the online portal, but I received no confirmation that my account was created or that my request was received. At this point, I am left with a blender that failed after only two months and no apparent way to obtain support or warranty service.

This blender is a big step up in the Nurtibullet world. I've always used one even though there were design flaws and some quirks with the other models. I love the compact design of a Nutribullet but the Ultra is amazing! There's no hole or opening in the top well where the blades/cup are attached. And the reason I had to buy another one is because I had liquid go into the unit from a replacement cup, so that's no longer an issue. And no more tabs on the cups. I had one break off which is why I needed a replacement cup, it was an off brand cup admittedly. But this one locks/activates in a different way without tabs. I use it at least twice a day sometimes more, 2 protein shakes everyday, cashew milk nearly every day, hummus, etc. It's amazing, just get it :)

Very happy with blender. The motor is so strong it will blend anything within 30 seconds. I throw ice, carrots, fruits with rinds, beets, and celery to name a few in my blender with 8oz of liquid, and it pulverizes it. Naturally, there will be some pulp if you use whole fruit/veggie, but that can be strained off with a cheese cloth. There is an auto button for blending, and a manual hold button. I was nervous about buying this item bc some reviews mentioned the blade can be difficult to clean, but from my experience, if you rinse it IMMEDIATELY after use with warm water, cleaning will never be an issue. All pieces (besides motor) are dishwasher safe which is great. Only advice- don’t overfill the cups past the fill line; it will leak during blending. I gave it four stars, not five bc my auto button doesn’t always work properly. I don’t know if this is a product issue, or a glitch in my machine specifically.

I'm really happy with this blender. It makes smooth, creamy smoothies in well under a minute, and the texture comes out great every time. Cleaning is very easy since there are only a few parts, and I really like that I can blend directly in the cup, put on the lid, and take it with me to the gym or in the car without needing another container. The only small downside is that it's a bit loud, but that's pretty normal for a powerful blender, so it doesn't bother me. Overall, I'm very satisfied with this purchase and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a fast and convenient personal blender.
