I have taken Phosphatidylserine off and on for years and loved it! But the expense has limited me. This formula, while not transparent as to the milligrams of actual Phosphatidylserine in the formula... works. It gives that mental sharpness a boost without feeling "zoned" or hyper. The blended nootropic gave me a noticeable mental boost. Longterm results are yet to be seen. I missed one day and notices a lack of clarity, so it makes wonder if I will have to maintain it to have any lasting benefit.
