These shakes are jam packed with protein at 30 grams. These are lactose free so if you can’t do dairy these are perfect for you. They have very low sugar and only 150 calories. You can drink one of these to replace and meal or you can use them for snacks. I have tried so many of these protein shakes and this one is one of my favorites. There is absolutely no after taste like some of the others.these. These are great for people on the go that don’t have time to eat breakfast or lunch. Personally I found these helpful for after weight loss surgery. These shakes are some of the more inexpensive ones so you get great value for your money. Greta quality product.

My life was extended by this shake..... I am in the final stages of a health situation, I have very little appetite, often the smell of food cooking, or when it is presented to me, causes an intense feeling of nausea, to the point where it's impossible for me to eat the food..... I lost 25 pounds in 2 months, was too weak to get out of my bed without considerable effort, {which would totally exhaust me}, it also affected my bowels, to the point that months afterward I still have issues with going to the bathroom..... I would find myself starting to pass out if I stood up too quickly, and it affected how my body reacted to medication, to the point I was afraid to take anything, because they caused a myriad of strange symptoms..... My stomach started feeling like it was eating itself from the inside out, I went through intense bouts of diarrhea, or constipation, I had this vicious thick mucous in my throat that I couldn't eliminate, which would cause intense gagging sessions when I was unable to get it out of my throat, I would go through periods of intense shivering chills, or heavy sweats, that would soak my bed, I truly thought I was on the path to death..... When my wife saw that I couldn't drink the other nutrient drinks, because of the taste or texture, which actually aggravated the situation, instead of making it better, she saw these at Costco, {on sale!}, and purchased them out of sheer desperation..... It has to be divine intervention, because from that day to now, I have had more good days, than bad, when I was at a place where there were no good days, this is truly a miracle..... It wasn't until I was able to gain strength and health by drinking a can of Nurri every morning which started me on a gradual climb to recovery..... We have tried many brands and flavors of nutrient protein drinks, but most leave an unpleasant aftertaste, or the texture of the shake is slimy or chalky..... This brand has an excellent taste, {chocolate is the only one I can review, as it's the only one I've had}, the shake tastes, smells, and feels, just like an actual chocolate shake, and it has enabled me to get nutrition, alleviated the nausea symptom considerably, and has given me back my appetite for other foods..... I'm fairly sure if the symptoms had continued and I was unable to reverse them, I would've had to be admitted to a hospital..... I'm not 100%, yet, but I'm considerably healthier than I was a couple of months ago..... Thank God, Costco had these on sale, we bought 6 or 7 cases, it was worth every penny, because I truly feel that this drink was the tipping point back to better health, because without it, I would've had very little nutrition to help keep me alive..... I'm not saying that these "cured" anything, but I am saying that, if not for her buying these drinks that day, my life was one of little hope, because I know that these drinks, {because of their taste, texture, and nutritious content}, helped me get back on my feet, and has given me back my quality of life..... I have been going through this for over 5 months, and finally, now, I can see over the hill to a better future..... Thank you, Nurri.....

Bought these for my teenage son as a supplement to help his nutrient intake. He absolutely loves the flavor, and the size of each can is perfect. I was prepared to send them to him every two weeks, but they suddenly doubled the price from $22 to $44. So, not a good value anymore. Went with Muscle Milk instead, which offers a tad less protein, but a much better price.

These are not bad... with all the fairlife controversy I tried to find something new and gave this a shot. It actually tastes more like chocolate milk than the core power protein shakes but to me personally its TOO chocolately, one can fills up my cup most of the way and then I top it off with normal milk and mix. To me this makes it perfect milk chocolate! 10/10 I want to try the other flavors but the chocolate milk is too good. Theres no weird texture or that chalkiness you get with other protein shakes.

I really wanted to like Shake Nuri because the ingredient profile looks great and it seems like a solid, healthy option. You can tell it’s made with quality, plant-based ingredients, which I definitely appreciate. That said, the taste just didn’t do it for me. It had a strong, earthy flavor that I couldn’t really get past, even when I tried mixing it with different liquids. It’s not necessarily “bad,” but it’s definitely not something I found enjoyable or easy to drink on a regular basis. The biggest issue for me was the texture. It came out very thick—almost like a smoothie bowl or pudding consistency instead of a shake. Even when I added more liquid than recommended, it still felt heavy and kind of hard to drink. I personally prefer something lighter and smoother, especially if I’m drinking it daily. Overall, I think this could work well for people who like thicker shakes and don’t mind that earthy taste. For me, though, the texture and flavor made it hard to stick with. Not terrible, just not something I’d repurchase.
