The media could not be loaded. I personally love it. It’s a great buy for the money. Longevity is good so far. The install is a little grueling but it has a ton of options. The side drain is interesting so make sure to do your research and plan accordingly for that.

This sink is made from cheap material and started corroding and rusting within the first 6 months. The handle for the filtered water broke quickly, and it also leaks from the bottom. Very disappointed in the quality, definitely not worth the money.

The media could not be loaded. First of all it didn't come with any instructions but its very simple to imstall.I've read previous reviews where people paid $800 and it took tech 7 hours to install. I call BS or you got scammed, it literally took me 15 minutes to do it my self. You just need 2 hoses I used 1 male attachment instead of using valve that it came with because I already have a valve on cold side. I used valve with 3 ends that it came with on hot line for glass rinser. Screen works from flow of water I asume it has little generator in it to produce electricity for digital display because it wont work without connected water line and doesn't have any batteries. It doesn't scratch and we absolutely love it. Glass rinser is little flimsy though I will probably take it out. Other than that it is awesome and unique there is nothing like it in any store we looked at.

I got this a couple of months ago. At the beginning, some of the features were leaking a little bit of water but my husband did a few adjustments and now it's perfect! I always get a lot of compliments, it seems to be a high-end product!

Arrived with dented wash basin from shipping. I contacted the vendor who offered cash for my inconvenience and promptly replaced the damaged sink basin. The sink has a sleek and modern appearance, but after just three months, several issues have become apparent. The display becomes cloudy and fills with moisture, making it difficult to read. The water control knob leaks, which is disappointing for a new product. Additionally, the temperature display only shows in Celsius, with no option to switch to Fahrenheit, which is inconvenient. The included instructions were poorly written and unhelpful. While the sink looks nice, these functional flaws make it hard to recommend. And to make matters worse, there is no way to contact them for support.
