I got this for my husband for Christmas... ya know 12/25/24 .... I think we have probably got 15lbs of ice minimum from it. Everyone in our house uses this multiple times a day. The ice machine we have in our fridge is pretty much in the rear view. My ONLY suggestion is making there some way of knowing how much water you have put in instead of having to pull the basket up and check. It refills pretty quick - not the quietest but for what it is worth I can for sure having a glass full of freshly crushed ice to munch on! ... show more

Makes great pellet - bullet - sonic - pebble size ice very efficiently. Main downside is that ice melts fairly quickly when house is set at 70 F and it then has to replenish the ice and is quite loud when running.

I must say, this is a great countertop ice maker. Now we have only had it running for 24 hours but so far, it makes more than enough ice for three adults and an ice loving dog. I LOVE this ice maker. It’s fast and the ice is so small. You can chew it like hospital ice or chic fil a ice lol. And it looks great in ALL drinks ( wine, juice, coffee,etc) Plus it produces ice super fast. Like 5 min after setting up. Definitely worth the buy. Very convenient.
