Really happy with this ice maker. It’s easy to add water, lightweight enough to carry outside, and starts making ice very quickly. It’s also surprisingly quiet while running. The nugget ice is great for drinks. Overall, a convenient little machine for summer parties.

I absolutely love this nugget ice maker! It delivers exactly what it promises and more. The soft Sonic-style nugget ice is perfect — chewy, crunchy, and melts beautifully in drinks without watering them down too fast. It really does start producing ice in about 5-6 minutes, which is amazing. I’m getting close to the full 40lbs per day capacity with regular use. It’s super quiet compared to other machines I’ve tried, and the countertop size is compact enough for my kitchen but has a generous bin. The built-in handle makes it easy to move around when needed.

Finally found a good nugget ice maker. We've been buying Chick-fil-A ice, and by the time we get home, the ice is somewhat melted, and I really don't like smashing them on the counter just to break the ice. This is easy to use and makes ice within 5 mins, and it's quite too (remember to let the machine sit up for 24h before use)

I have been use this ice maker for a while now and generally satisfied with it. It make ice fast, and the self clean function is a big plus. Easy to maintain and don't need to take so much effort to clean it. Noice level is relativly low so it doesn't make you annoying when use it. The package is solid and secure and I get it in perfect condition. I use it for my home bar and it become one of essential equipment for me to make cocktail.
