I was pleasantly surprised at this ice maker. I've been holding off on buying one for a long time. Then my refrigerator broke and I couldn't make any ice so I got this. Now, I depend on this device every day for my ice. It makes a lot of ice and fast. It makes more than I could consume in a day and I've been putting ice in every drink. I've been using purified water to avoid mineral buildup. I've only had this ice maker for a week, but I can't imagine living without it now. I fin the noise level typically low. Occasionally I can hear it, but it's not disturbing.

Very solid and attractive counter top ice maker. The product was shipped quickly and was well protected for shipping. It was very easy to install and start operating. The ice nuggets it produces are ideal for all kind of uses. It makes a large quantity of ice very quickly and quietly. I am extremely pleased with the appliance and recommend it highly.

I returned it...ice nuggets are way too small ,the basket is so small its very awkward using the provided ice scoop ,the continuous cycle i feel very unsanitary bc it just keep making ice out of the water from the melted ice,the ice stays wet I bagged 1 bag and it was just a clump of ice..waiting for my refund and they said it will take 30 days

I do like the ice this makes and it is much smaller than the last one we had, but being smaller means a smaller basket. If you have more than 2 people in your home this probably isn't the machine for you. It does make it pretty fast, but it can't keep up if lots of people are using it.

This ice machine makes ice cubes quickly. They are small but still large enough to enjoy. The ice bucket holds a lot of ice cubes and the machine is not very loud when making ice cubes. This machine so far has been the best one I have owned.

We had to replace our original ice maker and this one had good reviews so we gave it a shot. Only running for a day but here is my initial impression. The good - it starts making ice relatively quick and it has a nice light. The bad - The ice storage is smaller than expected holding less ice and making it a bit more difficult to scoop. To refill you have to lift the current ice up and out to pour the water in. It is much louder than our previous machine. Overall- I dont dislike it to the point Im going to return it but I wouldnt buy it again.

We have one at work that everyone uses it daily so I decided to get one for myself. O.M.G. I love this thing so much that I regret not buying earlier. It makes ice quickly and quietly. I have been using it everyone since I got it. Now I have ice nuggets at work and home. Worth the price and I would highly recommend to anyone who loves iced drinks.
