I have NuFACE device for 3 years and have tried other activating gels. This one by far is the best. It is thick and gooey but so are the others. I always keep it in my cart since it is quite costly. As soon as I see a sale I grab it. I will not use any other activating gels because this one can also be rubbed into my skin after treatment and there are NO side effects or stinging or burning. I have been tempted to use ultrasound gel, as a medical esthetician, however, I fully believe, although pricey, it is the necessary conduit and great product to boot! My skin absorbs it well and I am sensitive. I follow up with my serums and lotions of choice. The only thing I do not like is the tacky/sticky feel, but it is temporary. Buy the large size.
