The product seems fine and the colors are lovely, but they sent the incorrect one. I ordered the light and I received the medium tones. Also, two out of the nine colors in the palette were shattered and fell out so are unusable. The seller refunded me the total amount and let me keep the product. Very nice of them! This is my favorite pallette. That said, I've had k cups come more protected. Three pans were smashed in a mess. They even want me to return it.

Eyeshadow is way too powdery. Need to add many layers of color to achieve look. Also, shadows don't stay on long.
