Im using this headset for the past 4 moths for office purposes. I dont like wireless headsets because I have to charge them daily. The sound quality is good for attending meetings. Earmuff is soft and wont hurtt the ear and can be wearable for all day. I like the additional mute button and it is very useful in the meetings. Wire length is approx 165cm and wire quality is also very good. Similar like the other brands adjustable headband and volume adjustment button are there. I also like the mic since it is rotatable. Never used the extension wires sine im always using with my laptop. Sometimes I feel like is is bulky but its a great headset. ... show more

Three stars for cost > practicality. They work and they look good. Quality is mid, on the better side. Mic pics up all headphone audio, very annoying. They are stiff, but comfortable for smaller heads. I must give an additional star for the customer service. I was blown away by the sound quality on these. For as inexpensive as they are, they sound great and have a great build quality, they feel really solid. The mic is great too, picks up your voice very well and delivers really good audio quality and doesn't pick up a bunch of background noise like some more expensive headsets that I have. They are also really comfortable. I'm really impressed by these for the price and they've replaced one of my more expensive headsets for general gaming. While the sound quality is really good for the price, there are better headsets out there if you're an audiophile, but if you just want a sturdy, comfortable headset with a quality mic and better than good, but not quite great sound, you can't beat the price on these. ... show more

It sounds like I'm listening to my games through a plastic bag. Does not seem to support spatial audio, everything sounds static, crunchy, and distant. The sound quality and microphone on this headset are totally decent, especially for the price - this is a good budget headset and I've put a lot of hours using it on my Xbox One. Here's where it falls down: If you have big ol' ears like me, the padding isn't sufficient enough to keep the speakers away from rubbing on your ears - so the flat plastic speaker presses on your ears rather than a nice separation that comfy padding would provide. This is the biggest bummer and makes them uncomfortable almost immediately. The headset itself isn't shaped very ergonomically, at least for me head. Most headsets and earphones have a slight angle to the cups which make them sit more square on your ears, where as this headset doesn't have that slight angle to them. This makes them sit on my strangely on my head, like I want to be able to twist them to fit better but they aren't adjustable in that way. In fact, the only adjustments you can make is on the headband. Overall - this is a cheap and functional headset, and with just a few small tweaks it could have been a really fantastic bargain. However, the discomfort my head feels after and extended period of time relegates this headset to "spares" drawer. ... show more
