I'm apparently too stupid to figure that out but the Bluetooth works wonderfully. I can even hook it up to my phone as well. Its super easy to set up the aux cord and Bluetooth. They are comfortable, the mic isn't super amazing but isn't bad either. Actually it's better than a lot of bigger name brand wireless headsets I was watching reviews on recently, it definitely is better than my old HyperX Cloud Stinger Wireless headset. The Audio playback is decent as well, a little better than my Cloud Stinger Wireless, a little worse maybe then my Sades Luna USB headset, maybe. I think I was just used to that headset from using it for so long, it's pretty close though. The range on these is pretty good, try to avoid plugging the 2.4GHz adapter into USB 3.0 port & make sure you don't have any USB 3.0 devices plugged in right next to it, USB 3.0 causes 2.4GHz interference. at first I had it connected to a USB 3.0 hub with a USB 3.0 SSD connected right next to it. This would cause it to drop out before even leaving the room, but simply plugging in a 3ft USB 2.0 extension cable first made it where I could walk across the whole house & even in the driveway it was still working. There are a few issues though, when pressing the power button it makes a little buzz before powering on, not sure if that is just my unit or if that is just how this is, Update 10/14/2023: after using it more it stopped doing that when powering it on. A bigger issue is plugging in the USB-C cable to charge it, shuts it off & can't be powered on till the USB cable is unplugged, I basically want something I have always have wired & charged then just unplug when I need to move away from my desk. Update 10/14/2023: I contacted their support, there is no way to power them on while charging. At least the battery life seems pretty good, I know they claim 100 hours. I haven't tried to test that claim but I used it all day without powering it off & it never died. Connecting the 3.5mm cable shuts it off as well, so you can't have it connected over bluetooth or the wireless adapter while connected to a wired device. For example use it to talk on the phone or discord on a laptop while playing music on your desktop. seems the hardware should be able to do it, just the firmware running on it prevents it. Also if you connect it wired to the computer & hold down the power & mute it makes a USB connect sound, then disconnects, too bad it can't run wired over USB while charging. Update 10/14/2023, at first I was almost thinking about returning this & spending more on a headset from one of the well known brands, but after using these more. I actually am starting to like them more, so I updated my review from 3 to 4 stars & after watching more reviews on more expensive headsets, it seems none are perfect no matter how much you spend. If you don't care about using them while the USB cable is connected or care about using wireless at the same time as the 3.5mm, I say these are still worth getting, they sound better than some more expensive wireless models from bigger brands. ... show more

Don’t look at this review for longevity, because I’ve had this headset for maybe 3 days. Last night, I was holding my crying infant son and on Discord in a video call, waiting for my wife to feed him. Someone on the other side asked if my son was actually crying because they could hear me very clearly, but they only saw his face grimacing. So, between Discord noise suppression and this mic, it isolates pretty well. The rest of the mic’s features work as advertised. No complaints, but again, it’s barely out of the box. Good battery life. Pretty comfy. Good sound/mic quality so far. I like the controls being a wheel for sound, and buttons for mute/power, it’s just a little hard to tell when you’re muted vs on, because the notifying beep is quiet compared to your stereo sounds sometimes. ... show more

Needed a pair to replace some an old headset wired headset that was falling apart. The quality of the headset is beyond my expectations, they feel sturdy and the ear pads are a soft comfy fabric. I would have expected these to be at least double if not triple the cost. Easy to setup on the PS4. Sound is nice and according to my friends the mic sounds clear. Haven’t had any issues with battery life or dropping and Ive used them for a couple several hour sessions. They charge with a USB to USB-c cable which is included, so I plugged it into the USB on the back of the TV and that has been changing them with no issues. ... show more
