I have never bought this kind of headphone before. Mine have always sat in the inner ear before this. I have a gaming laptop which can get loud, so I thought these might quiet things down. Firstly, I felt these were a great price for a casual gamer who wants a great sound experience and they are. Although I mostly use the USB, I do appreciate the bluetooth capability and sound jack options. The microphone has been good quality with limited peripheral noise captured according to friends in online play. I would not identify these as noise cancelling ,but they do fot well. The foam rests easy but heat can build up in the ear when when worn for long periods of time. The cushion on the headband is soft and sits easy, hardly noticable. I highly recommend these if you want the experience without the price tag. The colors of the fox design did not accurately reflect what is shown in the image, but the foxes are there. ... show more

I mostly purchased these for work purposes. Previously I used a set of wired headphones in conjunction with my laptop's built-in microphone. My knee snagged the dangling cable loop one time too many, so I decided to go wireless. I figured that a gaming headset would be a good value. The sound snaps and crackles a little when used with my overworked Windows (work) laptop. Most likely because of how busy Windows is rather than the headphones themselves. I believe this because the sound is crystal clear and perfect in Linux Mint (easily on par with my wired headphones), which leads me to believe that the system is causing the problems rather than the headphones. The controller and headphones were instantly recognized and used in both Windows and Linux without needing to install drivers or taking any extra steps. The wireless works throughout my office and ten or so feet down the hallway. Which means I can stand up, stretch, and move around during longer meetings. Which is nice. I read another review that mentioned that some headphones beep while others "speak" when changing functions - e.g. "Microphone Off". I guess I'm lucky that I got the speaking version, which I greatly prefer. Note that these headphones do NOT have any "noise cancelling" technology. The over ear nature means that ambient sounds are mostly filtered out nonetheless. IMO, they provide adequate and acceptable sound isolation, not exceptional. So far I've been charging the headphones about once every three days after having used them for eight to ten hours, and have never encountered a low battery situation. Bottom Line: I'm impressed, especially for the price. Anyone looking for an affordable over-ear headset should give these serious consideration. Would definitely purchase again. ... show more

    • Great Headset for PS5! Wireless USB Dongle is the way to go

i like this headset a lot. I just got them today to use with my PS5 in a 3 hour Fortnite session. When starting out I first attempted to use them wired to combat any potential latency through bluetooth or maybe the 2.4ghz USB dongle. When I used them this way. i was getting feedback causing echo from the mic. The easy fix was to turn down the volume on the headset and adjust the mic sensitivity in the PS5 settings. This worked. But for some reason I was getting minor buzzing in my ear that i couldnt get rid of without butchering the settings. So, I decided to test the wireless USB 2.4ghz dongle to see if I got better results. And sure enough I did. There was 0 buzzing and I could use the headphones at full volume without getting a echo. I even turned the mix sensitivity higher for a more full crisp sound says my friends. Most of all I had no noticeable latency during gameplay in Squads in Fortnite. I could hear the game clearly and crisp as well as the voice chat! i hasd to mildly dabble with the Fortnite in game Mixer a little bit, but I got the headset sounding beautiful. Im really pleased with them. Also the sound even more full if you use the PS5 3D sound feature. I reccomend doing that. If you can't get audio to come through your headphones while connected to the usb dongle. It means you need to press the home button on the dualsense controller, then go to sound, output device, change it to USB Headset (G06-BT). It'll work! If you can't get the mic to work with USB Dongle. Press the home button, mic, change it to USB Headset (G06-BT). It'll work. I saw a review on here that said the dongle doesn't work with PS5. YES. it does! The instruction manual gives you these exact instructions. Just read them lol. The only reason I'm giving them 4 stars and not 5 is because of the buzzing and the mic being too sensitive with the wired setup! I didnt try bluetooth, I.m pleased with the dongle. Great price and great value. Especially with the sale price I got them for at the time of writing this! ... show more

GOOD: I have owned a lot of high end headphone sets, from Bose noise cancelling, to SteelSeries Arctic 7 gaming, to official Apple buds and sets, and even official Sony branded Playstation 4 and 5 headphones. This pair by NUBWO has the sound quality of those other headsets costing 2-4x the price. I tested these for a week on a PS5, they are indistinguishable in sound quality from those other headsets. Friends on voice chat remarked voice quality was very good and strong. Battery is very good, but I've only had it a week.. BAD: Styling is very nice, but build quality shows the low price you're paying. If you need to expand the telescoping headband for big brains, it will feel extremely flimsy. The microphone rotates and has a little bit of flexibility to it, but was of noticeably lesser quality than more pricey headsets. Just picking up and handling the physical device, it feels a bit flimsy and has a strange weight distribution. Finally, the headset doesn't seem to be able to operate and charge simultaneously, which may become irritating for long rainy day sessions. BONUS: This headset works natively with PS5 so that I can mute the mic without moving my hands off the controller. Even the PS5 official wireless headset at time of PS5 launch didn't do that. ... show more
