I wanted headphones for two purposes. Noise cancelling which they do fairly well for the price, and microphone for conference calls which they don't do at all. The microphone doesn't work when plugged into my Dell laptop or when plugged into my Dell docking station. I've tried every setting that Dell recommends and the mic is just a dead stick on the side of the headphones. Came in a perfect box, with a completely severed cord inside. Had to instantly return because they were useless. Hoping our replacement comes in one piece so my daughter can actually use them.
