I work from home in a customer support position literally talking 8 hours a day 40 hours a week. My employer recently relaxed their restrictions on personal headsets and I wanted to test the waters with an inexpensive device and this model got the chance to dissuade my skepticism. The role my headset plays on every work day is just as important as the PC, Monitor, and Keyboard. If any of these devices fail, I can not work! The headset must perform reliably and within an acceptable range and performance expectations given its relatively low price. I absolutely can NOT have choppy audio, poor wireless performance and coverage area, unacceptable audio volume, poor performing microphone, or any discomfort during a very active 8 hour shift. So I either get all of the aforementioned or I move onto another unit period. A long list of requirements for a 40 dollar headset considered of "budge quality" so let's get to it.... Im delighted to say this head set absolutely BLEW ME AWAY on day 1!!!. For starters, it was true plug and play for a seamless and dummy proof installation. PC immediately recognized and it just works. This was equally realized on both my work PC and Personal PC. In addition, it also pairs with my cell phone easily and performed without any issues. I find the volume wheel on the back of the left ear cup conveniently placed for a "no look" one hand volume adjustment without the need to remove the headset in search for a poorly placed button or goofy knob. The mute button is also equally easy to find and I literally press it 50 to 100 times a day so it must be reliable and subconsciously located!!!! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE the audio tone heard when the mute button is engaged . A low pitch tone is heard when placing on mute and a higher pitch tone when taken off mute. I LOVE/NEED THIS!!!!! This seemingly insignificant feature is priceless in my line of work!! If I had no audible confirmation I was on mute, this would cause anxiety and lingering doubts if the customer heard me sneeze, cough, etc. One conversational mis-step can change the "vibe" and the rapport irreparably damaged. This well thought out mute button keeps me conversationally safe and in the game!!! I find the audio quality to be in the acceptable range in terms of fidelity and volume!! I have yet to experience any audio issues attributed to the headset.... NOT ONCE. And I do find this fact impressive given the hundreds of hours of using it day after day!! All that said, temper your expectations as the audio quality will not suggest this is the best device to listen to a symphony orchestra or for professionally mixing music tracks. The audio is acceptable ....even above average for conversations not audiophiles!!! The comfort is great and ergonomics well designed. The over the ear cups have extra thick padding which contact soft and snug with the sides of my face. My ears experience zero discomfort as the oversized cups engulf the entire surface area of my ears and with room to spare! The padding on the top is just fine and doesn't stick in my hair or cause unwanted distractions caused by constant re adjusting. The ear cup adjustment range allows for a custom fit and it has never came out of adjustment. The flexible boom microphone can be flipped up when not needed and the tactile adjustment tabs keep the mic in place whether its fully up, fully down, or anything in between. Again if you've ever had a headset mic that just wouldn't stay in place ,you can appreciate this detail. The boom mic is semi flexible and I love it!!! Its just rigid enough to hold its outstretched position but flexible enough to be curved around the face and it wont snap off if you accidentally bump into something. And yes the latter has happened to me several times. Coverage area!!!!!!!!!!!!! I wish I hadn't waited to put this part so far down because this is where I was once again BLOWN AWAY!!! I've owned several wireless headsets in the past and I've paid up to 3 times the price of this model. In all prior examples the best I could expect was approximately 30 feet from the USB dongle. And that 30 feet standard has held for well over a decade across several different models !! I was shocked when I was able to hold a clear connection all the way out to my mail box approximately 120 feet away from the dongle........ WOW!!! . I can literally take a call and check my mail at the same time??? Yes I can!!!!! I can also get my clothes out of the dryer located in my garage which is about 70 feet away with a solid brick wall in between. With this incredible coverage my work day means now I can move about my home without concern about the connection dropping or audio quality suffering!!! Exhale......"heaven" Battery life!! I have nothing but praise!! Headset has reliably held its charge throughout a full 8 hour shift and despite 100's of hours of use, I've never had to charge it mid shift. Keep in mind Its being used to transmit my voice and play the speakers almost the entire 8 hours. There's almost no time where its just idling. Its getting a heavy workout and has never let me down!! Where has this headset been all my life??? Thankyou for reading my extreme TLDR!! But I absolutely had to write this. I hope this review helps anyone looking for an exceptional value and some assurances their decision is the right choice!!! My workdays have improved to such a degree that owning this headset feels like a pay raise!!! I also often use it for my personal needs after work and on the weekends which is a bonus. Im getting way too much for a 40 dollar "budget" wireless headset. I'd gladly pay 100 dollars for this level of performance and reliability!!! Yes I believe its that good!! Thanks again.

I've owned this product since November, 2023. It has MANY pros but one CON I need to get into. -It's simple, plug and play. I can easily switch the dongle from PC, to PS5 to XBOX and connect seamlessly. -The battery life is fantastic. Since I've owned it, I've never been able to exhaust the battery. -Sound quality is crystal clear, with simple mute and volume control buttons. -So this brings me to the only Negative. Since I've owned this headset I've taken GREAT care of it. I understand electronics can be pretty fragile, so it's never been thrown around or rough-handled. And yet, the volume on the right side is cutting in and out. So basically the con here is the material build quality. It may not last you as long as it did me, or much longer than it has for me. -So the value of this is really good, but not fantastic. Still, it's leagues better than any other gaming headset I've owned and for the price point, it's worth it.

I purchased one of these for use originally with my PS4 but started using it for PC gaming as well. The bluetooth connection option can be a bit tricky, however that appears to be a flaw of Windows not the headset. When I say massive battery life, I mean it, the 100 hours is likely when running on the dongle at minimal volume at close range, with practical use it's more about 50-65 hours at about 75% volume and occasionally walking away from the computer with it on. It requires charging so infrequently that you may have a hard time deciding when to charge it or to have a sense of how many hours you've actually used it, I charge it once a week, and for a span of time I had been plugging it into a charger that my cat had knocked loose and I was able to do 3 weeks before I got a battery low. I got one for my girlfriend and one for my daughter as well, the pink option even came with high quality silicone cat ears that attach to the headband with a high powered adhesive. I like the features, battery and price tag on this headset so much that I've started ordering them for my work colleagues that want a wireless headset for meetings. Construction materials seem well above average, the plastic housing seems that it will last for years and the biggest issue I've had with headsets in the past is the ear cushion which is often the imitation leather PLU material, this one uses a synthetic fabric that seems well attached. Watch out for sales, as of the time of writing (Jan 2024) the most popular color is $49.99 USD with a $10 off coupon, at times I've gotten these as cheap as $35. And for that price it's not going to break the bank if I need to replace any of the four I've purchased if an accident happens. Note that the dongle is keyed to the headset, which means you can use two or more in the same household but if you lose it you'd have to switch to using only bluetooth mode or purchase a new set.

I procured the NUBWO Wireless Gaming Headset after the incident with the temporal rift in my laundry room. My roommate, Gary, refused to call an exorcist. He stood near the washing machine with a spatula. "They are stealing the fabric softener," Gary whispered. "They thirst for the Downy." I needed a distraction. I needed auditory isolation. The NUBWO provided salvation. The foam ear cups are plush. They cradle the skull with the tenderness of a mother bird feeding her young (assuming the mother bird is constructed of high-quality synthetic leather). Speaking of birds, my uncle bred ostriches in the late nineties before the authorities halted his unlicensed plumage distribution. Ostriches are terrible listeners; they lack spatial awareness. This headset does not lack spatial audio. The 3D surround sound allowed me to pinpoint the exact location of enemy footsteps in my game. It also allowed me to ignore the wet squelching sounds originating from our utility closet. The microphone is crisp. It picks up a whisper. It picks up a sigh. "Gary," I said into the mic, testing the feedback loop in my Discord server. "Gary, please put the spatula down." "The rift demands a sacrifice," Gary replied from the hallway. "The Downy is insufficient." My guildmates heard everything. "Is your roommate okay?" my raid leader asked. "Is he making a casserole?" "He is defending the realm," I answered. The NUBWO microphone caught the exact frequency of Gary weeping as the temporal anomaly consumed our ironing board. The noise-canceling feature on the mic ensured my guild heard my tactical callouts and Gary's sobbing. The washing machine's rhythmic thumping was filtered out. Wireless range is a critical factor for any serious gamer. I tested the limits of the 2.4GHz connection during a boss fight. The battery life is stated to be around fifty hours (a conservative estimate in my experience). I wore the headset for three days straight. I walked into the kitchen to retrieve a handful of raw croutons. The audio remained pristine. "Do not enter the laundry room," Gary warned as I passed him. He was covered in lint. He was covered in so much lint. "I need croutons," I said. "The croutons are safe," Gary nodded. "The rift has taken the Swiffer." Through the walls, my raid leader yelled through the headset. "Heal the tank! Heal the tank!" "I am healing the tank," I told my raid leader. The wireless signal did not drop once. These headphones are great. I've only had them for a handful of months but the sound quality is great as is the mic. It is a bit tight but that allows for much less ambient noise to bleed through. I use these headphones for gaming and they work great. Also the battery life is impressive. I rarely have to charge these headphones.
