I have had nothing but a difficulties with the POS system. My cash drawer was defective, replaced and the replacement was defective. I came in to open my store today and the register has an error message that I've been told is due to Amazon. I was also told it is a general issue and many customers are experiencing the same issue. Sales attempted to enroll me in merchant services without explaining why my social security number was needed he sent a generic video instead of company sponsored material. When I declined to use the merchant services I was bill an additional $300. This is poor product that I would never recommend to anyone else. There is no ability to resolve an issue. This is unacceptable

I bought this new POS. Everything was set up and ready to go except the PAX credit card reader. It's been a week and counting no one is answering the freaking call to help out and fix the problem with the PAX credit card reader, they will let you wait for hours until no one answer it. If you try to call them back, it will repeat the same process they will transfer you to the help support that never answers the call. I think I have already spoken to all NRS support staff, and they all transfer me to the PAX credit card department, which I guess never exists to answer.

The best system you can get for your store I would recommend this product it has prebuilt in UPC Items which helps adding product fast and also they have good customer support so you can contact anytime for help if needed

Needed help with the setup. I've been calling them to help with the setup but they won't reply or answer. Im trying to return it and it won't even let me do that. . I would setup the whole thing and then it would make do it all over again and it's been happening for the past 15 days. TERRIBLE ITEM!!
