    • Quit working within two months
Only worked for two months. Received the ignitor on 9/7/25, installed it that day. Began acting up on 11/7/25, like it was too weak to warm the gas value to get the gas flowing. I've ordered two more from a different seller. Let's hope that by having one in reserve I won't need the second one.

We have a Thor gas oven. We needed to replace this part and this was an option through VINE. We were skeptical and nervous at first but it worked like a charm. Easy to install and great value for the money. The fit was great and itโ€™s like it was never broken. Ignites as it should.

So I have a Thor oven and the igniter went a few months back. I could not find anyone in my area that services these ovens so I decided to get a generic ignite part and try to fix myself. Well, that lasted about four months. I saw this igniter and reading the reviews, it sounded like it was a better part than what I had so I decided to take a shot. This igniter was easy to install and fit perfectly. But, it lasted all of two days. So now I am done with generic parts and I called Thor and ordered the original igniter for my oven. These igniters are like light bulbs in that they have a limited lifespan. Judging from the shape of the components, this model seems to be of slightly better quality than other models. It works fine.
