Was looking for a cheap and easy setup for a secondary PC that children would be using for general web browsing, homework, and occasional gaming. This combo fit the bill and then some. The feel of the keyboard is smooth and responsive with functional feedback and resistance in the keys. The only downside is the audible noise you get from keystrokes. The Mouse is pleasantly smooth with good button engagement and response. The DPI switch is a very nice addition and performs flawlessly when needed. The winning tick for this combo is the RGB quality at this price point. The keyboard provides an impressive array of colors that are not overly bright or distracting, but not so muted that they regress out of sight. UPDATE: NPET support reached out to me and replaced the defective unit. So far it's working as intended, no more input lags, and a better life is great. >>> battery life on this combo not good at all, sometimes while gaming both keyboard and mouse have input lags. I think for me it’s too late to return this product:(

I love this keyboard and mouse. Great price for the product. Keyboard and mouse have to be recharged every few days or so depending on usage. I work from home so about every 5 days, the keyboard and mouse has to be recharged. I love the lights. The keyboard lights stay on one setting and the mouse has 2 different settings. I like to leave my mouse in the transition setting. Keyboard is really quiet, you don't hear it too much. All in all, it's worth the purchase!

Before I get to the good parts I want to address my only issue with this keyboard. After a few minutes of inactivity, this lights turn off. Once you tape they keys they turn back one. I personally wish that they would stay on at all times. That is the only reason I am giving this 4 stars. I am often in the dark working at night and wanted the light for ambiance even when I'm not at the keyboard. Otherwise this is a perfect keyboard, The size is delightful slim and sleek while still providing a 10-key pad. It also has a satisfying key sound, that is similar to mechanical clicky keyboards. I really love this keyboard and should I find out how to keep the lights on I will totally change this to a 5 star review!

So far, the keyboard works pretty well. I was thinking it would have clicking keys, but it is really very quiet/ The touch feeling is firm and after a while you get positive confidence about pressing a key. The main complaint that I have is the "go back" key on the mouse. I accidentally hit it with my thumb often. So much so that I am considering putting a dab of silicone on the crack surrounding the key to keep it from depressing..

I bought this a while back to replace the cheapo keyboard that was included with my previous computer tower. The old one must have been made of some really soft plastic because a divot wore into the shift button and space and most of the letters had rubbed off. I didn't want the letters to rub off again so I figured this was a good replacement since the lighted back means the letters aren't printed on. I've had it for a year now and it still looks the same as when I got it and types just as smoothly. It's taken my abuse so as long as you aren't a keyboard slammer, this one should last you a good long while.

I just needed a keyboard and mouse kit, for my laptop. The keyboard lights up and turns off the Led when not in use. The keys are soft and responsive along with the mouse. One small thing i don't mind it but I'm sure others will, but if you are sitting back it almost looks like the certain keys aren't lit up.
