OB recommended fenugreek to me to promote breastmilk production. Overall review: it seemed to help my milk production. It was decreasing quite rapidly and about a week into taking this my supply returned to normal. The pills are easy to swallow and didn’t affect my stomach. It does have an herbal smell to it but it’s mild and doesn’t have a strong taste. Take note of the dosage as well as the instructions on the bottle. Recommend: It worked for me, but as with anything, talk with your doctor first to see if it’s a good option for you. Buy again?: Yes. This was not a first time purchase. Supplements came in a soft mailer and was crushed. Won’t even ‘pop’ back out. I usually purchase the NOW brand and have been happy. But the soft mailer allowed the inner packaging to be damaged. Not giftable.
