I figured this NOW Supplement (UC-II Advanced Joint Relief) was worth a try as I trust the brand. Although this has apparently helped some folks with mobility and pain, it didn't make any difference for me after over 45 days of daily intake.

WHAT THE HELL! This stuff is AWESOME! I did my due diligence and researched collagen via good scholar, and over the years I have not been good to my knees in my youth ( track and field, gymnastics, and now skying). I have a potential torn meniscus (mri pending), but I'd swear after 1 week the pain has decreased 75%! Together with black seed oil caps this is truly remarkable.     • Helps with general pain!
I had major back surgery some years back and this supplement makes a huge difference in my daily life! I have much less pain especially when I've had a lot of physical activity during the day. We have been house renovating, so I've been painting walls and ceilings and sanding, removing tile and grinding off grout and mortar. Without this I don't think I could have gotten out of bed in the morning. GREAT product!! ... show more
