Made a huge difference. Over time my boat became harder to trailer, replaced bunk carpet but no better. Added these slides and it solved it, but be careful and keep the winch locked - the boat will slide right off.

Thumbs up. I used these instead of carpet on my trailer bunks. Seems to load easier but I can say for sure. I used a sealant around the base and screws. No signs of rot have appeared. I like them better than carpet. IMHO.

I love these bunk slides. I bought a used trailer and I dislike carpet bunks. I compare these slides to like quick slick on the bottom of a boat. They make your boat start sliding so easy. The install was very straightforward and there is pockets for the screw holes so they won’t scratch the bottom of your boat. If you got a big boat or small boat this makes trailering your boat so easy. I use them on my duck boat and they stood up to the winter with no problem. Used these slip pads for a Ranger RT 178 trailer. Lighter weight boat to begin with, however these pads make the loading much easier. Use winch when lake levels are lower and these make a big difference. Screws do strip easy. Drill small pilot holes fixes this. Only used a few times but seems sturdy. ... show more
