The medium-firm feel provides excellent support while still being comfortable and relieving pressure on my back and shoulders. I was really hoping to like this mattress. I needed a new one and had a family member that bought a similar brand earlier so I bought this one. I managed to get the box to the bedroom and get it set up. My disappointment came when waking up morning after morning with back pain. It was way too soft, like a “bouncy house”. I use to sit on the edge of my old foam mattress, but not on this one…. I’d roll right off. I thought that having inner spring would help, but it doesn’t. My daughter tells me that her Novilla without the inner springs is too soft also. Consequently, it is too heavy to return so I’m stuck with it for now. I don’t recommend buying this if you want any sort of support.
