Let me tell it like it is, this mattress is a total win! I have tried more expensive ones and honestly, this one holds up just as well in terms of comfort, but at a much more budget-friendly price. It says "firm" but it's absolutely false. Mattress is extremely soft. The return process is being a pain because it is impossible to fold the item back into the original box and the customer support over the phone would not understand that. Like, how mentally slow you have to be not to understand that after I told you 10 times??
